As first time home buyers, the Austin real estate market can be very intimidating. Will set up an MLS listing search that alerted us to new listings that met our criteria. When we were ready to tour, Will was very flexible with scheduling showings. He is very laid back and not at all high pressure ,which matches our style. After making several offers that were declined, Will encouraged us to keep looking. He promptly responded to our emails (sometimes freak-outs) and educated us about the process as we went.
