Tara McGuire made every bit of my homebuying experience a comfortable one. I had quite a few hoops thrown at me from the builder while I was under contract. Tara was with me every step of the way and, more often than not, was taking care of things before I even knew I had to. She earned 100% of my trust in the whirlwind of this process and as a first time homebuyer, having trust in the partnership of a realtor is the most important thing. She fully understood my priorities and left no stone unturned in making sure those needs were met. The depth of her knowledge in her field made me feel like I was always being looked out for. She was at all of the meetings prior to closing and advocated me in every way necessary throughout the craziness of homebuying. She's not scared to speak up when things don't look right and she is on top of every bit of making sure things are on target. This is likely the biggest investment in most people's lives. Having someone like Tara by your side throughout it will make your life SO much easier!

We ended up with the perfect house for us in the end, but Tara really stuck it out with us through two different negative experiences with other homes. She really gave us her honest opinion and expertise, while still allowing us to make the choices that we were most comfortable with.

We recently closed on a wonderful house, with the help of Vicki Duran from Bramlett Partners. Vicki helped us find our temporary rental townhouse and we decided to use her to help us with a home purchase as well. Believe it or not, the first home we toured with Vicki turned out to be The One. We decided to make an offer and found out from the listing agent a competing offer was coming in as well. We strategized with Vicki and gave it our best shot - it worked! We were in escrow a couple of days later. Vicki guided us through the whole process, providing referrals for services like home inspection, contractor work, flooring, etc. Since we are new to the area, this was very helpful. She coached us on our negotiations and, we believe, helped us to come out with the best deal possible, while maintaining a positive, cooperative relationship with the sellers. Communication is one of the biggest aspects of the Realtor/client relationship and Vicki was always quick to respond to our [many] questions, concerns, and requests. We felt like we were working with a friend, not just a hired professional. When you get a high level of professionalism, along with a relationship like that, we think that's the best combination possible. By the way, the escrow and closing went through without a hitch, thanks in large part to Vicki staying on top of the process (and the players) and making sure things were getting done.

Tara McGuire is a great agent and helped me get my house sold very quickly. She arrived at our first meeting with tons of research that she had done on my neighborhood and spent a great deal of time explaining the market trends and how sales were moving in the area. She was able to sell my house for roughly 10% more than another agent had suggested. The support team was most helpful in staging my home, advising me on paint colors, photographing the home and preparing a very nice color flyer for potential buyers. Plus, she's super friendly and fun to hang out with while looking at houses. She turned around our offer in less than 24 hours (!) and when it was accepted she had her inspector there the next day; she even called her foundation expert for a second opinion. Tara McGuire and the fine folks at Bramlett were amazing during the sale of my mother's house. There was no pressure to go under contract to list the house before we were ready. Once under contract her team kept me informed of the process and most of the paper work was done electronically which was a time saver for me. Tara provided lists of contractors to help with some of the work we needed done before listing. Throughout the process including closing, Tara was respectful and compassionate and flexible. Even after we closed and when all was said and done, Tara helped me out with other paperwork I needed to get together. I definitely will use her for any future real estate needs!
