Choosing the right realtor to sell our house was a big decision to make. I did my research and came across this company. The realtor we worked with was Tara McGuire throughout the sell of our house. She made the process easy and straightforward. Our house was on the market for 3 days. The offer we accepted came on the first day and above asking price! Thanks to Tara and her hard work, selling our house was not as difficult as I had imagined.

We contacted Bramlett Partners Real Estate late in 2016 as we were anticipating moving to Austin however plans changed and we ended up moving to Irving in 2017. We were working with Tara McGuire and even when we told her we would not be moving to Austin but to Irving instead she went above and beyond what was required of her and assisted us in finding a realtor in Irving, Kim Reding, who is wonderful. Afterwards Tara continued to check on us periodically and make sure we were being well taken care of. There are not many people out there who go out of their way to help out someone when there is nothing in it for them. Thank you Tara and rest assured if we ever relocate to the Austin area you will be the first person we call!

We were the pickiest buyers and it took us more than a year to find a house, mostly because we kept changing our criteria. Tara McGuire was amazing throughout the whole process, providing advice while at the same time being very understanding to our changing needs. With her guidance we finally found the right house for us!

We worked with Tara McQuire. We enjoyed the experience and thought she was top-notch as far as knowledge of Circle C and the process of house hunting and buying. We threw her a curveball when suggesting a buy-lease since we were ready to move in immediately and the house was also ready. Tara handled this complexity well. The sell was executed quickly and without issues.

One concern with Tara is on two different occasions she was sure about an amenity and we asked her to verify. It turned out she was not correct about the amenities which led us to doubt her authenticity. This is not a good position to be in when looking for houses. For example, she mentioned we can build in back of a house on the greenbelt and this later was proving to be incorrect.

Nevertheless she provided a wealth of useful and correct information and while she wanted the sell, she likely did not intentionally misinform us in those two instances.

The other concern we had was a mix-up when the buy-lease ran out and keys were not available for us. We had to drive to seller's house to pick-up the keys ourselves. This was partly the selling realtor's fault. A little foresight however could have prevented the problem.
