Tara McGuire of Bramlett Realty handled the sale of my father's house after his passing. She endured a six months wait while the garage and storeroom were emptied out. Due to the nature of the property (old house - prime location) she advised we not spend on any updates and just clean up. She had a plan and carried it through.
