When we decided to move out of state to Austin, when didn't know how to approach finding a new home. Luckily, I came across The Bramlett Partners Real Estate name. When I contacted them, little did I know they would put me in touch with the best realtor we'd ever had the pleasure of working with: Tara McGuire. From the first time we spoke with her, we knew right away that we found someone who would listen to our needs and fight for them. We've all had an experience with an agent who pushes you to buy something just to get their commission...not Tara. She made it perfectly clear that making sure we got what we truly wanted was her #1 goal. I know some folks give you lip service on this point, but Tara walked the talk. We looked at dozens of homes and at no point did Tara get frustrated or try and push us in a direction just to get us off her hands. She even would point things out that she was concerned about...I don't know about you, but that is NOT the norm and we appreciated it more than she probably knows.
