We were lucky enough to stumble across Bramlett real estate when looking for our next home. Our home search began in late 2014 when Tara McGuire responded to an inquiry we had on a listing. She was immediately responsive, informative and really invested in helping us with the process. We were selling our first home and it was quite an emotional process that I don't think we were really ready for. She was not only insanely patient with us while we looked at home after home, but she was also very supportive in helping us get our home ready for sale so we could get the best price the market had to offer. By 2016 we were finally emotionally ready to sell and our home was on the market for only 3 days. We received more than our asking price and everything went off without a hitch from the listing to close. I couldn't recommend Tara highly enough for anyone's real estate needs. Not only did we have the best agent, but I really felt like we had a great friend throughout the whole process. I wish I had another home to sell just to work with her again.

My siblings and I worked with Tara McGuire and Bramlett Real Estate to sell our mother's home in Austin when she moved to independent living. From our first discussion with Tara, we were impressed with her experience, knowledge, and skills in regards to marketing a home. She and her team basically had the house sold before it went on the market. The home had good bones, but was old and not updated. We had three offers the first weekend and sold the home for our dream net price. Before the house went on the market, Tara used a personalized and private website with all forms, actions needed by her team and us, and checklists to assess what had been completed and what still needed to be accomplished. Her skills are the best I have seen, and my husband and I have moved and sold several homes in our lifetime. She was straightforward, honest, a woman of integrity, and a complete pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!

My husband and I worked with Tara McGuire and can't say enough good things about her! She is amazingly organized, knowledgeable, informative, and professional. And she's nice! She genuinely wants you to get what you're looking for and works hard to help make that happen as smoothly as possible. She is available around the clock and even weekends. She took us to see NINE houses on a Sunday because that was the earliest she could do it. And when none of those worked out she quickly acted on two more for us to see on Tuesday. Even when she wasn't communicating she clearly explained expectations for when there would be time during the contract where we wouldn't need to be doing much. She helped us find a home we absolutely love in Round Rock. We would enthusiastically recommend her for Austin and the surrounding areas!

The 3 of us bought a house in Leander TX, which Craig McGuire found for us; he was very helpful and patient with us, this was our first time buying a house as investment property, and he helped us navigate the extra challenges of getting an LLC setup while going through the whole process of bidding on and buying the house. He walked us though the whole process from looking at houses, bidding, through the final closing. He kept us informed on the next steps, so we always knew we what to keep after next.
