Great experience overall. I sold a rental property from out of state, and they took care of everything. Tara was very communicative, always quick to respond to texts/calls/emails when I had questions/concerns, and she always was very transparent and honest. I felt very comfortable with the entire process, and I also felt that with every decision and price during negotiations, I was given informed advice but I still had opportunity for my input in our decisions during the negotiating. Tara McGuire is an excellent realtor and the best option for first time home buyers in the Austin area. Her contract knowledge, eye for detail, and honesty made the whole process a lot less stressful, especially in the tough Austin market.
If you're a first time home buyer, I highly recommend working with Tara, she will walk you through the process (multiple times if you ask), walk through every detail of the contracts, help identify any red flags in the house or inspection, and will respond to your questions or requests quickly.
