Me and my husband got the opportunity to work with Bailey Moran at Brammlett Residential. Buying a house (especially if it's your first one) is really scary and overwhelming! So it is important to work with the right real estate agent! We literally weren't sure what we wanted and we didn't have a car then. She picked us up each time to show us all around Austin area without any complaints during such a difficult time (2020-covid19). Our lease was ending and we had a tight schedule to find a house we really love. However, Bailey made this stressful process as easy and fun as possible. Bailey Moran was the perfect agent for us! She was extremely knowledgeable about EVERY neighborhood in Austin and completely tailored our ideal, living situation. We wanted a safe-kid friendly neighborhood in our budget and Bailey delivered! As far as her insight on Austin she was on top of it! We're not from Austin and it was important for us to find an agent who could help us navigate the area whether it came to schools, night life, entertainment, etc. Her expertise and 10 year experience made us feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire home buying experience. Bailey was always available to take calls and emails. We don't live in Austin so it was nice to have Bailey do all the legwork while we "virtually shopped" for houses. Not only did Bailey find the perfect house for our family she has a fabulous way of negotiating with all parties involved in the home buying process. Bailey was honest with us about everything and was always right on the money as far as how to go about "offers, inspections, etc." Bailey is a hardworking, kind and most of all trustworthy agent. She listened to what our needs were and more than exceeded our expectations.
Moving is ridiculously stressful! But, moving 2,200 miles across the country in the middle of a pandemic really adds a whole other level of stress.
From the beginning Bailey was incredible to work with. Answered all my questions in depth over email and phone. Once I was able to fly out to Austin she had all the houses lined up. She picked us up and drove us all over Lakeway! God Bless her! In a very short weekend we found my dream home.
She was flexible to meet my family's needs, listened to all my wants and concerns. I honestly couldn't ask for a better relator!
And even after closing still she's working for me and helping find a landscaper, navigating new home drama and really helping get us settled here in Austin!
The transaction of this home purchase was a smooth a process as could be with a global virus. She worked closely with our good friends who were already down here to do our walk through. She was readily available for questions and offered to FaceTime for a more personal experience during closing.

Ok, I don't really leave reviews... like ever, but Bailey did such a great job I feel like I need to say something. We were moving back to the US from out of country and were entirely new to the Austin area. We didn't know anyone here and honestly felt a little lost and upside down. Bailey was the first person we met and she gave us hope we'd meet some other great people here with her friendliness and professionalism. We were on a tight schedule to find a home before our 6 weeks of AirBnb's ran out. So, we needed something fast. Bailey listened to what we wanted/needed and found us the perfect house in an area we love in just a couple days. She did all the scheduling for us and made viewing the homes really easy. In the end, she found us a house that hadn't even hit the market yet (it was going to be listed the next day), but we liked it so much we put an offer in and snatched it up before anyone else could. Sorry y'all, we got to it first! :) After that we had a couple questions on all the closing docs we had to fill out (we owned our business) and she helped us with everything we needed to get us through the closing process. Working with Bailey Moran was by far one of the highlights of our home buying experience. As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I knew that we needed a fantastic realtor who would help guide us through this journey, and we certainly hit the jackpot with Bailey. As first time homeowners, we felt overwhelmed at the start, but what we loved about Bailey is that she provided plenty of guidance and support without ever making us feel pressured or pushing us in one direction or another. At the outset, Bailey told us what to expect--giving us an overview of the whole process, her role, who else she'd bring in, and what we would need to do at any given stage.
During the search, Bailey was always flexible and available for home viewings. She endured barrages of text messages from this anxiety-ridden homebuyer, and always responded kindly, patiently, and helpfully.

I've worked with the Bramlett Real Estate firm three times -- once in ~2014 prior to a cross-country move. Bailey on their team helped to find a rental house that was perfect and had it all ready when I got to Austin.
A couple years later I was ready to buy in Austin and reached out to Bailey again, who worked with me for a couple months until I found the perfect house -- it was a dream and the process was made super smooth by her professionalism and experience in the CATX market.
Fast forward to 2019, and due to work and life obligations I've moved to the West Coast -- and I leaned on Bailey and her team (many people worked on it) to sell my house. They did the whole thing remotely while I was already on the West Coast, helped to clean and stage my house, took awesome photographs and prepared perfect documentation on the house -- and in the first week after putting the house on the market we had 2 offers and one over asking. Then the process was super smooth through closing, with their team using a task management system to help me stay on top of documentation and all my tasks and deadlines. Not once was I stressed about missing a deadline because I knew her team would follow up and had it all as ready as it could be for me. They just rocked it.

We built a new house in Dripping Springs and Bailey Moran was fantastic! She guided us through the entire process and answered many questions for us. She handled all of the issues that came up with the builder and got them to work it to our favor. Bailey took the stress out of buying a home. If you are looking to buy/build a home then I highly recommend Bailey because she was there to handle the entire process for us from beginning to end.
