7) What We're Working On

• Client Portal: Continuous UI improvements. "Matrix in the Back / Zillow in the Front"
  • Taking this concept to completion before moving on to Activity Feed (communication) and Statistics / CMAs
  • Long Term Road Map (6 Months) is Stats/CMAs, New/Edit RS Transactions within CP, and "Milestone" gifts within the CP.
• Expanded recommended classes
• Headshot Standardization
  • Standardized background / standard colors for clothes / standard positioning for headshot.
  • This was implemented 2 weeks ago and all new agents get headshots with this.
  • We're figuring out a schedule to offer headshots to everyone. We will have some deadline to have new headshots for the website.
  • Exploring AI headshots (seriously). Leah had a great experience. Eric, not so much.
