I’ve purchased three homes in my lifetime and Christie Stephens is by far the best agent I’ve known or worked with. Born and raised in Waco, she knows all the ins and outs, the up and coming areas, the value in school districts, the value in the houses, and most importantly, where I wanted to be. The house she found me in Central Waco, so close to Castle Heights, is my dream home. A nicely up-kept 1930s beauty with a backyard for entertaining better than all the neighbors. Knowing the real estate world a little myself, Christie was more than patient with me as I’m extremely picky and know just what I want. She took the time to answer all my questions and like a networking queen, had her people on the line in the snap of a finger, answering any question or solving any problem I was having.
