Tim was very helpful, always returned calls immediately, answered all our questions, did a great job. We did not see the house for ourselves, but he took our adult children through the home and gave them the tour. Sight unseen he was able to bring the vision to us. All documents and dealings with escrow and title went very smooth as Tim was able to communicate clearly and concise all that we needed to achieve. We love the house!
