I chose Eric because of his ratings on yelp, and boy, are they right! I have bought and sold several houses over the past few years, and Eric is by far the best realtor I have worked with. He went above and beyond to make everything so simple for us. Our house sold in just 1 week! I have already recommended him to others, and I will certainly continue to do so!
As we have previously bought and sold number of homes, we are convinced that Eric Bramlett, is one of the the best Realestate Brokers/Agent in Austin and TX. He is honest, extremely knowledgable; very professional yet personable; keeps his clients informed at all times, maximizes the use of available technology for marketing purposes (which is vital these days) yet most importantly...he is a great Negotiator, who always has his Clients best interest in mind.
Every time we had a question or concern during the transaction Eric addressed it immediately and resolved it with knowledge, confidence and reason. It was impressive to watch him list our South Austin home in the middle of September, and deliver us to Closing in the middle of October, masterfully navigating through the various stages of the sale, and always being pro-active, never reactive. Eric and his staff were outstanding and they now what they are talking about. They made the complex and long process of selling a property and purchasing a new one, as easy as possible.
Eric has represented me as both a buyer & seller. He sold me an investment property in Austin in 2007. He was awesome to work with throughout the transaction, knows a ton about Austin, and just real estate in general. In January 2014, I decided I wanted to sell the property to free up some cash. Since Eric was great to work with on the purchase, there wasn't any question I'd use him to sell the house. We went over pricing for a bit, looked at the market, etc and then came up with price. Eric spent a week or so getting everything ready and we had it on the market. Long story short, we had a cash offer in less than a week. After the property was under contract, the Seahawks beat the Saints and were headed to Jersey for the Super Bowl (I'm from Seattle and live in Seattle.) Eric was able to get the property to close a week ahead of time, so that I had great seats for the game.
Since I've worked with Eric on both a purchase and a sale, I can say with confidence that you won't find a better agent in Austin. He's fantastic and you should hire him immediately. He's also a great guy.
Eric was great to work with. He helped us buy and sell our home. While selling the home, we had to move and sell it vacant from over 1000 miles away. Eric not only helped us sell it, but helped us coordinate and contact good people to knock out any problems that might've prevented the home from getting sold. Overall, we couldn't have sold our home or even gotten into it without his help. He was straight forward with us every step of the way and made sure we only did work to the home that was needed to make it stand out on the market. Ultimately he helped us keep costs down and helped us ensure the property was in great shape for showings.
If I ever move back to Austin and am looking to buy a home, I'd go with Eric again without even thinking twice. There's no reason to look elsewhere.

I've bought and sold a few houses and have worked with some good Realtors in the past but Eric and his professional staff are by far the best team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Through the entire process they were very attentive to my needs and kept me informed on the status of everything every step of the way. I got the "turn-key" service I wanted (Eric arranged for a contractor, photographer, professional staging etc.) One of my biggest pet peeves is real estate agents that don't bother to hire professional photographers and do quality staging when listing a home. My listing was well written and the photos were of excellent quality and the staging was magnificent (see photos). Eric and his team definitely knows their business and really helped me in selling my home. He never made me feel rushed and there was never any pressure to make a decision. If I could give him a 6 star rating I would.
I have bought and sold several properties over the past several years and Eric is hands down the best realtor ever. I live in Dallas and he helped me sell a property in Austin. There was some drama with my mortgage company but i could not have asked for a more seamless transaction otherwise and without Eric I may have lost the sale. Eric Bramlett is the bomb. Real Estate dealings are large sums of money. Don't use that relative or friend of a friend who got into real estate as a side job and only sells 1 or 2 houses a year. There is too much money at stake. Go for an agent who has the stats and the reviews to prove their worth (compare to 88 sales!). Otherwise you could leave tens of thousands of dollars on the table. I used Yelp to find this guy. He was rated the best and fortunately the business is not like construction where you have to wait in line behind all the projects that the best companies get. Because of how efficient and accessible Eric Bramlett is, you can have the best right away! I've bought 2 houses and sold one with Eric. Eric found & vetted good tenants for our rental property, and we will do that again soon. He is very smart and useful for financial insight. He brings in experts to help sell your home and maximize your assets. I've turned friends on to using Eric as well. Everyone has been thoroughly satisfied. This is the guy you want!

Eric is awesome!!! He helped us by our personal home 2 years ago, and since then he's helped us sell a condo, buy 3 more investment properties, and now he's helping us prepare one of the investments for sale. In fall 2017, we were back for round 2 with Eric. We decided to sell our Travis Heights home and buy a place with more space. Being on the sell side was more stressful, but Eric and his team were a huge help. Eric pulled neighborhood comparisons from recent homes that had sold and took all of our (many) questions before landing on the right asking price.
To ensure our house commanded the best offer, he provided tips about how we could make sure our home was presented at its best. In addition to just Eric, he employs a fantastic team that made sure we had all of the necessary documents ready to go for when we eventually received the right offer. The good news is that we received that offer within 30 days of putting our home up for sale and the buyer closed within 60 days.
On the buy side, we were much more educated and sure of what we wanted this time around. Eric worked with us and showed us homes in many different neighborhoods that fit the profile and price range of something that interested us. He was even able to suggest areas we hadn't even thought of based on feedback we provided.
After looking for a few months, we stumbled upon a new addition in a neighborhood that we liked and pulled the trigger. Once again, Eric helped facilitate all of the necessary negotiations, inspections and back and forth with the seller. We closed in under 30 days and moved in shortly thereafter. It's been almost a year and we're very pleased with our home and couldn't be happy with the neighborhood.
