Honestly, for me this is hands down the best real estate agency in the country. I've done 17 personal real estate transactions in many locations across many states and this team is the best by a mile and sets the bar very high. I've worked with Eric and Bailey and they both are a joy to work with, responsive, know this market inside out, never push, never encourage you to pay a higher price than necessary, and they get the job done. Plus they're just super nice people. If only all realtors were half this good.
Just purchased my second home using Eric. Once again, he was extremely knowledgeable and I couldn't image anyone helping me more than he was able to. I'm an investor and he is as well so he really helps with all the info.
We have worked with Eric over the last several years as home buyers first, and then sellers. He is the real deal.
Real estate market is competitive with a lot of agents and the noise is too high. To win clients, agents try to provide discount on commission, etc. While their focus is on winning clients, they don't think as much about the quality of service. The customer mindset usually is lacking.
Working with Eric is very different. He thinks like a product manager and how his service can benefit his clients' specific need. Home buying and selling can get emotional and there is no one template for all. I believe that Eric gets it. I have referred several friends to Eric and they all have come out happier. And, these people are different with different needs.
Eric has built a system around efficiency. He leverages technology really well and understands how to best sell a house in a digital world. His mastery over analytics around foot traffic, ad campaigns, search keywords is real. He continues to learn and educate himself to apply new ideas, thereby keeps increasing the repertoire of techniques he uses to sell a property.
The best thing about Eric is he leans in completely. We recently moved out of Austin and had to sell our home. It was an old house that needed a lot of work. From exterior painting and siding work, HVAC servicing, plumbing fixes, etc. As you can imagine, it is extremely hard for me to talk to contractors and check their work remotely. Eric and his team took it upon themselves to offer this as a service at no additional cost to us. They scheduled all the contractors, checked their work, and we were able to sell the house without any other issues. This shows tremendous customer mindset.
I know that Eric is rated as one of the top agents in the area, but what makes him top ranked is his unique and fresh approach to real estate. His command over customer service and technology puts him leaps ahead of anyone else in the real estate market in Austin today. He is the only one I would work with despite having other friends who are certified agents. If you need to buy/sell your house, consider Eric. You won't be disappointed with your choice.
I've worked with the Bramlett Real Estate firm three times -- once in ~2014 prior to a cross-country move. Bailey on their team helped to find a rental house that was perfect and had it all ready when I got to Austin.
A couple years later I was ready to buy in Austin and reached out to Bailey again, who worked with me for a couple months until I found the perfect house -- it was a dream and the process was made super smooth by her professionalism and experience in the CATX market.
Fast forward to 2019, and due to work and life obligations I've moved to the West Coast -- and I leaned on Bailey and her team (many people worked on it) to sell my house. They did the whole thing remotely while I was already on the West Coast, helped to clean and stage my house, took awesome photographs and prepared perfect documentation on the house -- and in the first week after putting the house on the market we had 2 offers and one over asking. Then the process was super smooth through closing, with their team using a task management system to help me stay on top of documentation and all my tasks and deadlines. Not once was I stressed about missing a deadline because I knew her team would follow up and had it all as ready as it could be for me. They just rocked it.

Last week I closed on the purchase of my home in Northwest Hills. This is the Fourth time I have used Bramlett Real Estate, First time using Kasey Gilliam- and could not have been happier. Kasey has been one of the best agents to work with.
As this purchase was made through the COVID period, and inventory slowly coming to market, Kasey was especially wonderful and patient with the search.
Kasey's intimate knowledge of the Northwest Hills area was extremely helpful as we were able learn about properties early, develop strategies and plan accordingly. She focused on me as a customer and was very honest many times when she thought something was not a great deal, and would listen to my concerns about each property.
After months and months of looking - we finally found a perfect fit and she guided us through the closing and got us a great deal. She found us the best surveyors, financing, inspectors and anyone else we needed to get us the best deal.
At the end of the day Kasey is an amazing realtor, she was always available, and her team is an amazing asset to have as you look to buy or sell a home in the Austin area. I would recommend reaching out to anyone on her team.
This was our second time working with Tara McGuire - this time buying and selling. We were really nervous to buy and sell during the pandemic but Tara made the experience fun and honestly feel very normal. Tara was so professional and used all Covid safety protocols to ensure our family was safe. I have to give kudos to Tara's negotiating skills as this is the second house we have bought in a multiple offer situation and both times we have come out on top. Tara does a great job being available and guiding you through any questions you may have to make you feel extremely informed and secure in your purchase. Tara McGuire has been an amazing Realtor for me! I really can't say enough good things. She worked with me to sell my house and buy another one. First of all - selling. I could tell from our initial meeting that she has all of her ducks in a row and thinks of everything. She has a ton of experience and she has a great team who help to support her success. She also is in the loop with contacts for other vendors (home improvement, financial related, etc.) that ended up being important with getting the house ready and actually crucial during the option period for the buyers (an impartial foundation assessment company). I was really impressed with the stager I had access to, and the professional photos of my house were fantastic (both no additional cost for me). Now, buying. I've had some twists and turns on my wish list and buying process but Tara has been patient with me and seems to have endless energy with marathon house tour days. I toured some open houses on my own as well, and one of the agents hosting an open house knows Tara and couldn't say enough good things about her, which reassured me even more than I already knew I made a great choice. One thing that struck me is that she said Tara has a lot of great systems and processes in place and I totally see that. Now we are under contact for our new house, which we are really excited about, and will close this week! I loved that she is taking care of everything for me - she even scheduled the inspection and told me to show up at the end. One thing that I really noticed is that she knows what to say and when. For example, she recommended we go out of town the weekend we listed the house for sale. She gave me a couple interim updates and told me when I got my first offer (plus I had access to the system that records the visits) but basically didn't worry me about anything until we got all the offers in (7!) and presented which one was best and why it was best. On the other hand, when I was buying, she kept me in the loop with every action - she submitted the offer, the other agent acknowledged, how any negotiations were going, etc. There's no doubt Tara is a great choice!
A friend recommended Bailey Moran to me, and now I've worked with her for more than 2 years on various real estate transactions. Worked with Will for our first house purchase years ago and again to sell our house this year. He did helps us to provide a decent offer when we purchased our first house. We used him again based on reviews and his first meeting knowledge and valuable opinions as seller agent, we were pleased by his recommendations and advise. We followed his advice by what are highly recommended to renovate and what to avoid renovate not to waste money to increase house value. It was a bit unfortunate that the house we purchased has less privacy and smaller backyard that we didn't consider and not in a good market. And we were in a hurry to sell house so did not go through other major renovations. The selling process is not a pleasant experience because of several potential buyers side issues and inexperienced buyer agent, but Will helped us to go through the offer and ensure to protect our benefits during negotiation period. Without Will, we probably would take the wrong step to over renovate or not renovate the house. I still highly recommend working with him based on both selling and buying experience.
