This was our first time selling a home and Tyson was incredibly patient with every single question we had about how things were done. Trust me, we had A LOT of questions. He gave us sound input and information to make educated decisions, but at the end of the day it was just that: OUR DECISION. Tyson let us make the calls on pricing, price-cuts, staging, etc. I can't speak highly enough about Tyson. As friendly as he is, he lived up to his promise of being "a bulldog in negotiations"! He did not accept anything less than what he would've accepted for his own home. I truly believe that. There were several times he told agents and unrepresented buyers alike "no" and that their offers were unrealistic or "no, my clients will not entertain that". Loved it!
Molly Parks did an amazing job selling our house very quickly under a very tight timeframe. She went above and beyond to help us get ready to list our home. I trust her judgment 100% when it comes to any and all real estate decisions.
Anna Uliassi is one of the best in the business. Her experience, professionalism and knowledge were invaluable. She was on top of everything from beginning to closing, always available & quick to address anything that came up. She gave great advice about staging and little fixes to make my property stand out. She has a great rapport with other agents which is invaluable in the negotiation process. I would highly recommend her to anyone as a Buyer or Seller agent.
Annette is the only agent I'd ever consider using. She's helped me buy and sell two homes, and I couldn't be happier with how the process unfolded each time. Finding the right house in Austin can be so stressful but Annette had all the bases covered. She was calm, confident and super knowledge about the market and the specifics of the neighborhoods. As an added bonus, she has an excellent eye and was great about helping prepare my house for sale as well as brainstorming cool improvements for the potential new homes we looked at. Annette is amazing! She helped sell our home in North Loop, and we had an offer within the first week. Without her, we would have priced our home too low. She is super responsive, knowledgeable, and patient! I don't even know how many times I texted her with random questions. My husband and I were continually impressed with her every step of the way. We left Austin, but if we come back, we will for sure use her! Highly recommend!
Abby was great to work with. In my experience listing agents often seem to disappear after they have the listing. Abby worked tirelessly to help us get the house sold in a difficult market. Abby remained in contact, offered great advice that helped us market the home and skillfully walked us through closing with a buyer who continued to attempt to negotiate up until the day of closing. Abby is an Austin native who knows the market and the city well, and she's a really nice person.
Jean was outstanding in her guidance with the sell of our property. Extremely knowledgeable, responsive, patient, detailed and provided tremendous guidance & counsel towards the overall selling/buying process. I felt she was realistic in helping me to sell a property during a time that the market was NOT in my favor. We moved out-of-state and needed to sell our Austin property quickly. The market was soft and the house needed some major repairs. We never could have done it all without Jeremy Vandermause. From our first zoom meeting, we knew we found the best realtor who could help us navigate all the bumps and hurdles that go along with real estate transactions. Jeremy brought contractors and landscapers on board and kept on top of their progress. We were impressed with his marketing strategies, as we had a surprisingly high number of showings during the slowest time of year for sales. Jeremy was super knowledgeable, a great communicator, and always responded quickly. We appreciated the great advice he gave us throughout the process and we trusted his expertise. He got us over the finish line pretty smoothly considering both seller and buyer were out-of-state. We were so grateful to work with Jeremy and we can't recommend him highly enough.
