We recently sold our first home and we could not have done it without Will! He came prepared with comps and armed with information to start the process of selling our home. Within the week we had professional photos done and the house listed on every relevant website. He hosted an open house and within hours, our house was under contract. We had some unforeseen issues with the home that we were unaware of but Will came through in a big way and had our house under contact the same day of the first one falling through. He worked quickly and efficiently to make sure we had the best deal possible. We never felt pushed or rushed, just informed. Every step of the way Will was there to provide us with answers and reassure us when we needed it most. Choosing Will was an easy choice and if we are ever in the market for a home in Austin, we will contact Will in a heart beat! An easy 10/10 for us!

This was my first time selling a home so I was nervous about picking the right realtor. I stumbled across Bramlett Partners through some google searches and I am so thankful that I did. Will Mackintosh was my realtor and he was so great to work with. Because of Covid, everything was done virtually and it was really easy. Will was very responsive, patient, and kind. The entire team was great to work with. They were thorough, answered all my questions, and sent me all the "action items" that I needed to complete with plenty of lead time so that I never felt rushed. They explained everything so that I knew exactly what was happening and what was expected of me. When it came to negotiating with the buyers, Will provided his guidance and expert opinion which I listened to without hesitation. Overall, I couldn't be happier and I've already recommended Will to a few friends!

Will MacKintosh was such a pleasure to work with! He was always available when I had questions, returned calls immediately and explained everything that was going on. I had a duplex with renters in both units and he was great about working with them to show the property, etc, so that I didn't have to be there. He listened and understood what I wanted and worked to make that happen. I highly recommend him.

Tara was great to work with. To be honest, the entire team was really on top of things and Tara made the whole process seamless. It really felt like a whole team was supporting us and let us focus on other things outside of the immediacy of selling the house. The transaction was great. Tara made good recommendations on the areas to focus on where to concede. Tara was great about being very upfront in regards to her expertise when we were unsure of certain things but would still make it clear the decision was ours. She was really helpful in helping us weigh out the decisions we made and the potential outcomes from those choices.

All in all, it was a really solid experience and an upgrade from our previous realtor. I will happily use Bramlett again.

Craig McGuire has been phenomenal to work with. We were moving from out of state and needed an agent that would show up, work hard, and be our eyes and ears. I just had a fantastic experience selling my house. Bailey Moran was my agent and she was just WONDERFUL.  I think it's easy for a professional to be wonderful when everything goes as planned but it is far more telling how excellent they are when things go wrong.  First of all, I am a first time home seller and was completely unfamiliar with the process.  Bailey did much more than answering my questions, because I didn't even know what questions to ask.  She provided such thorough information in our initial consult I felt like I had an excellent grasp on the process.  She provided a stager...free of charge!...who came out and gave me a complete plan on what to do to prepare my house for showings.  I followed their suggestions and the offers I got on my home were staggering...so much more than I had hoped.  Here's where things went wrong and Bailey really showed what a fantastic agent does.  My home went under contract right when we had a huge winter storm here in Texas.  I'm a nurse and I ended up being stuck at my hospital four days straight.  When I was finally able to get back home I found my pipes had burst and the house was flooded.  I really couldn't imagine a worse thing to have happened.  The floors, baseboards and all the doors had to be torn out.  There were over 30,000 claims in Austin alone, so there was a huge wait for plumbers, contractors etc...and I was supposed to be closing in two weeks!  Bailey worked magic with the buyers, their realtor and even the mitigation team that dried and repaired my house... she got them to create new contracts to transfer warranties to the new buyers, she checked in with me regularly to make sure I was doing okay, because she knew how stressed I was.  She was so reassuring and...she just handled everything.  She got the closing postponed and when I finally got the repairs completed the closing went off without a hitch.  She made what should have been an incredibly stressful experience SOOOO much better!  I feel incredibly lucky she was my agent.

And did I mention the actual sales process was so easy and she got FAR FAR more for my house than I would have ever expected?  I did, but it's worth repeating.  My house was only on the market for one weekend.  She is simply the best.

First time seller here. I am currently overseas and due to Covid restrictions I was unable to be in the states. I was uncomfortable on the subject of selling my 1st home. I found Bailey Moran online and sent an email. Once she and I spoke on the phone I felt a lot better and I believed I was in good hands. The whole experience was so streamlined and there was no headaches. I still can't believe my home was sold so fast with such little work on my behalf.
