Lauren Yoder helped me purchase a home recently, and I could not recommend her more. She was so thoughtful and responsive, always sending great homes to look at and consider. She didn't mind when I would tack on extra houses to a long day of looking, and she was able to meet quickly when new houses popped up (so necessary in Austin!). She helped us put in a few offers before securing a house we loved, and she kept our spirits high throughout the process (houses are like buses - there's always another one coming, she'd say). We're so happy now in the house that we bought, and she got us a phenomenal deal on it - we were able to secure all of the improvements we requested and got it at a lower price than listed. Best of all, she is friendly and eager to help. Highly recommended!
Tara was the perfect realtor for us. We were out of town buyers. She listened to our needs and area location. She scheduled the showings so that we were able to make a selection the first day . She handled the paperwork so that a month's closing occurred. Tara was responsive, on time, professional, and very helpful. She moved us through in the fast pace that we needed. It was a joy to work with someone who was so skilled in getting the house we wanted at a good price. She and her team handled all of our questions promptly and were wonderful resource people for our new community. Therefore, we believe that we found the best realtor in Austin!

Bailey was there 24/7 to answer any questions I had. She was also on top of every part of the process, contacting other parties making sure everything was getting done. Ok, I don't really leave reviews... like ever, but Bailey did such a great job I feel like I need to say something. We were moving back to the US from out of country and were entirely new to the Austin area. We didn't know anyone here and honestly felt a little lost and upside down. Bailey was the first person we met and she gave us hope we'd meet some other great people here with her friendliness and professionalism. We were on a tight schedule to find a home before our 6 weeks of AirBnb's ran out. So, we needed something fast. Bailey listened to what we wanted/needed and found us the perfect house in an area we love in just a couple days. She did all the scheduling for us and made viewing the homes really easy. In the end, she found us a house that hadn't even hit the market yet (it was going to be listed the next day), but we liked it so much we put an offer in and snatched it up before anyone else could. Sorry y'all, we got to it first! :) After that we had a couple questions on all the closing docs we had to fill out (we owned our business) and she helped us with everything we needed to get us through the closing process. Great agent. Great experience. I would definitely recommend her and Bramlett to anyone.
When we were looking to purchase a home and coming from out of the state, our close family friends recommended we work with Kasey Gilliam. She came highly recommended and after our experience with her we now understand why! She was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable about the Austin area and the towns around Austin. Being out of town and only having a couple of days to find our dream home we had to rely heavily on Kasey's expertise. She had expert insight and excellent negotiation skills. Even with a highly competitive market we were still able to get a good deal and we are more than happy with the house that we purchased and with the entire experience with Kasey leading way.
I have purchased and sold several houses in my lifetime, but never have I had such a caring, realtor as Vicki Duran. Vicki went out of her way to make our forever home purchase complete. She went to bat for us when the sellers were a bit unreasonable, was quick to respond in a calm manner even though I was freaking out and was patient and kind when we changed our mind about what we were looking for. Tara McGuire was our realtor and she came very highly recommended by a good friend of ours. Best recommendation ever! Words cannot express our gratitude for the amazing representation Tara gave us in the purchase of our home. She went above and beyond so many times and made the process so smooth for us. First, she found us the perfect home in our perfect neighborhood that wasn't even on the market yet! She negotiated a great deal that was clear cut and got additional repairs completed by the seller that not all sellers would necessarily agree to. She also connected us with great lenders who really worked hard for us to make a complicated loan happen. She scheduled contractors and a designer to come into the home during escrow who gave us quotes on changes we wanted to make on the home so we knew where to budget our money. Not only that, but she connected us with a great professional organizer who helped with all the unpacking and organizing and made the process so efficient and pleasant. Her referrals have been great and so appreciated! Tara was outstanding! She was resourceful, patient, and thorough, from beginning to end. We honestly probably wouldn't be in this home and had such an amazing experience with the entire process without her! We cannot recommend her highly enough. We have bought and sold properties and worked with many realtors prior to Tara, and we have never had an experience as smooth, easy, and enjoyable as ours with Tara. We moved to Georgetown in July from out of state and had lots of questions about the region and the housing market. We were very impressed with Lauren Yoder. She was very knowledgeable and quick to answer or return phone calls. She guided us through the process seamlessly. As soon as we raised a question about any part of the process she explained or if anything needed made phone calls seeking clarification from others.
Lauren helped us complete the purchase of our house while closing from over a 1000 miles away. She sent us video of the walk thru prior to closing, and made smooth a variety of issues. I would strongly recommend her to anyone selling or buying real estate.

My husband and I worked with Bailey on the purchase of our new home and had such a great experience! We are new to Austin and Bailey made great recommendations of neighborhoods that were within our budget. She knows the area well and was great to work with! Buying a home can be such a stressful process, but Bailey made it very easy from start to closing. When we are ready for another new home, I will not hesitate to work with Bailey again!
We have used Tara McGuire for buying a home twice and selling once and couldn't be happier. She has great knowledge of the market, the area, and the entire process and is always well supported by the office.
During our first move to the area, Tara spent an entire week with my wife showing her quite literally 60-70 houses across all of Austin. With our last purchase, we looked at a curated by Tara list of 20 houses in 1 day that provided a great overview while also focusing in on our likes and tastes. When we decided on our house Tara dealt directly with the builder and made our move so much easier.

My husband and I both accepted jobs in Austin at the end of June to start in mid-July, relocating from Cincinnati. I read some reviews and reached out to her, and she was able to meet us two days later and spend a whole weekend looking at houses with us. She even offered to pick us up from the airport! Without her dedication, we could not have found the house we are in now. We didn't find a house the weekend we were here and ended up putting an offer in on a house that Vicki went to see for us when we were back in Cincinnati. She gave us details on the house that weren't listed online and advised us on the best offer we could make and we got the house! Even though we are not ready to buy this instinct, she took the time to show us around and give us feedback to the areas. I'm sure we will be using her as soon as we can be able to finalize this long process of us making a move from one state to another. I highly recommend her. Kasey Gilliam was exceptional. Not only did she find the right home for me, but she went above and beyond in so doing. I am disabled and not able to do much, so she did so many things for me so that I could make it through this process (like driving me places, getting as much done online as possible, narrowing home choices, etc.). She explained things to me very well and was supportive every step of the way. She drove me to see homes and made sure they had the necessities for me and stores/medical/etc. close enough for me to get to. She was positive, understanding, encouraging, and caring. I would recommend her to everyone without reservation. She is awesome!
