We built a new house in Dripping Springs and Bailey Moran was fantastic! She guided us through the entire process and answered many questions for us. She handled all of the issues that came up with the builder and got them to work it to our favor. Bailey took the stress out of buying a home. If you are looking to buy/build a home then I highly recommend Bailey because she was there to handle the entire process for us from beginning to end.

We had Tara McGuire previously assist us with buying our first house and could not have had a better experience. So of course 3 years later when we wanted to sell it and buy another house for our growing family we reached out to her again. She helped us through the stressful and unusual obstacles during these times and was there by our side to help and support us. She was able to use her experience, expertise and personal touch to sell our house and get us in our new home. Needless to say if you need a realtor you should go with Tara.

Vicki Duran was an absolute champion! We have been looking for months in multiple areas and Vicki came in and made it all possible for us. She has been extremely responsive to new listings, showings and any possible question that came up. Even during these difficult times, Vicki was able to safely show us multiple properties and professionally managed the process around all COVID-related policies and safety measures. This was a great customer experience and it's almost sad that it's over now.

During our house hunting journey, we were absolutely BLESSED to have Tara guiding us. From day one, Tara has been awesome. Tara has consistently been professional, prompt in her communication, attentive to our needs, and very caring. She also is extremely understanding of the stress of home buying and has been so understanding of mine and my husband's quirks. Tara always did her best to make sure we felt supported and was always honest with us. We completely trust Tara because she consistently proved she knew what she was talking about. Furthermore, the fact that she is so familiar with remodeling processes and costs, helped us better assess the many homes we saw. As to your question about what Tara did especially well; there were so many things. She absolutely always made the time to show us a house we expressed interest in....she never said "oh no, I can't show you that house"--she never let us down. She is just a very kind, compassionate, and generous person. She always made us feel that she had our back and our best interest at heart. This is such a vulnerable process and she always supported us. There is nothing she could have done better.

Overall, the sales transaction of our home was very good. The only stress I felt was from the title company which was absolutely not Tara's fault in any way. The title company agent was really not great and that was just our luck as that company was selected by the seller. Tara really made the buying process great.

My family is very grateful to Tara. We are living in our dream home and we are so happy!

We chose Eric Bramlett Partners Real Estate for our first house based on their online reviews, and they absolutely did not disappoint. Within a couple of hours of sending our callback request via their website (on a Sunday), our agent Craig McGuire called us to answer our questions and determine our new home needs. He immediately sent us information on existing homes as well as builders for the area we were looking at, and made himself available for all of our first-time buyer inquiries. We chose to purchase a new construction home in Buda, and Craig was there every single step of the way. He was proactive in addressing our needs, and made sure we were comfortable with the build process. He made us very much feel that we were a priority, and are relieved to know that we now have an excellent realtor when we are ready to make our next move. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy (or sell) a home.

All I can say is Jeff was great. We were looking for a condo in the UT campus area.We had received several mailers from area realtors/brokers who target out of state students about the benefits and requirements for obtaining in state tuition. I set them aside and thought about all the advantages of, one, getting out of the UT dorms in COVID environment, and two, in state tuition. Our daughter absolutely loves Austin and knew that is where she wanted to attend. Her program is a 5 year program so we knew she'd be in for the long haul. I found Jeff, and your brokerage firm through a Google search and Jeff promptly returned my call. I had already identified a few properties that were of interest and Jeff was great at giving me feedback since I was out of state. He was readily available to show the properties to my daughter. Jeff knew my concerns with the dense population of west campus and the "party-Greek life", security concerns, re-sale, and our desire to have a more "quite older neighborhood/community". Since we were cash buyers and the property we purchased was fairly active with showings, he wrote the contract fast and negotiated it for us over the weekend, even on a UT game day! I understand his love and loyalty to UT eventhough we are Sooners. When it came to closing and inspection, Jeff made several recommendations of service providers and I couldn't be happier with any of them.He was extremely patient with us since we were out of state buyers and I feel he genuinely looked out for our best interest. He was quick to respond and research concerns I had about a recent demolition next to the property and what could potentially be developed in the space. Although it is too early to tell, he took the effort to research the issue. Additionally, he was able to make contact for me with the HOA which was difficult for me to get a call back. I feel like I could always call on Jeff with any questions. I'm in the banking business and understand the importance of customer relationship and quick responses. I would highly recommend him and your company to any out of state buyers.

Bailey was so great! She was attentive to our needs, did not push us to make a decision and helped us find our dream house. She is extremely personable and she is very patient. She understood what we were looking for and helped guide us especially since we were moving from out of state. She always had time to answer our questions and reassure us if we were not sure. She was great at negotiating and following through. She always kept us in the loop and would definitely recommend her to others

Simply said: without Kasey we would not be owner of our home. Coming from a different country, we did not know the process, the market, anything. Kasey has been super available, very friendly and very aware about the fast moving market of Austin. We are grateful to had her!
