I recently worked with Linda and successfully on closed a property that was a bit of a long shot. We cold called and she was immediately helpful in getting us information about the place, finding out where we could get answers to some complicated zoning questions, and communicating with the seller's agent. We eventually had our offer accepted after several prior ones fell through - this was definitely a case where a good agent keeping us on the seller's radar was a necessity in making this happen. We were also able to complete the deal from out of town, which can often be difficult but Linda made it simple and straightforward. She also has a good network - we've been satisfied with the professionals that she has referred us to for inspections, etc.

Lauren was superlative as always.  There's a reason I've worked with her on a dozen transactions or so and will continue to do so.

This is my second time working with Vicki and she's an absolute star. We loved working with her and she is one of the best in the business.10/10! Vicki is an incredible advocate for the buyer, potentially to her own detriment- which gives me a deep level of trust and confidence. She was ready to negotiate hard even when we were not, and she talked us down from overpaying for a house (when she could have gone along with it and enjoyed a better commission). She truly had our best interests from start to finish, and thanks to that she has a client for life.

Lauren was over and beyond our expectations and was by far the best real estate agent we have had. Her detail to everything was amazing, especially since we were out of state. She is smart and knowledgeable and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I felt overall the transaction was very smooth and fast. I think communication was the key and he did pretty well. His excellent idea about the local market and communicating the same was very good throughout the process.I didn't find anything missing as all went smooth. Hoping to get Shaun's to help again in the future as well.

Kasey was absolutely amazing! I came to her as an aimless buyer. I didn't know if I wanted a house or a condo, I didn't know what my budget was, I didn't know a thing about Austin, and Kasey could not have been more helpful. With one day's notice, we were in properties touring and talking through my likes and dislikes. Within two days of our first call, we had seen seventeen locations. When we finally did settle on a condo, there wasn't the perfect floor plan for me, so she took it upon herself to go off-market to see who would be willing to sell, and sure enough, she found someone. Multiple times she met me wherever I was staying and took calls well outside of business hours. She was a fantastic resource in the negotiation and then proceeded to talk to designers for me out of the kindness of her heart. I couldn't recommend Kasey enough; she will always be my go-to in Austin!

Before we got in touch with our realtor, Kasey Gilliam, we had put in numerous offers on homes in Austin only to find time and time again that another offer was accepted. It was incredibly frustrating and it felt like we were completely out of our depth (we were). With Kasey's help, we were able to make the right offer on a place and move into closing within DAYS. She bent over backwards to make the process easy for us and any time we had any questions of concerns, she was there to answer. Even after closing, she has continued to be a huge help with referrals to reliable painters, cleaners and contractors to tackle a few things we wanted done before we move in. Cannot recommend enough, if you really want to close on a place, go with Kasey!!

We worked with Katie from Eric Bramlett Partners Real Estate on the purchase of our home in Buda.  She did an outstanding job all the way through the process!  We have bought and sold several properties over the years and Katie is one of the best real estate agents that we have had the pleasure of working with.  She helped us select the right property, guided us through the bid and negotiation process, and helped us every step of the way to ensure that all details were covered.  Her insight, expertise, and hard work allowed us to be the winning bid without over paying which in this market is very important.  We highly recommend her and the Eric Bramlett Partners Real Estate group and will use them again when needed.

My wife and I, somewhat on a whim, decided to start looking into options of building a home out of state, and the Austin area is where we ended up honing our search.
A Yelp search for Austin realtors brought up highly rated Bramlett Partners, and a handful of other highly rated real estate firms that I ended up reaching out to so that we could recruit a realtor to teach us a bit more about the Austin area, and to help us figure out where around Austin we wanted to narrow our search.
Craig McGuire from Bramlett was the first to reach out to me - within 30 mins of submitting my online inquiry, Craig reached out to me via phone to introduce himself and to gather some information about what it was my wife and I were looking for.  From there, the rest is history.
The most nerve wracking aspect of this process was the fact that we were out of state buyers looking to build a home in an area that my wife and I were not familiar with.  On top of that, once we settled on a location, my wife & I would rarely be present during the build process.
We cannot thank Craig enough for the all of his help and insight he provided us throughout the nearly 9 months of working with us.  Craig made the entire process easy, and left us with much less stress than we had anticipated we'd be faced with.
Craig was always willing to text, talk via phone, conduct FaceTime sessions, etc. so that we had the information we needed, to answer our questions, to walk us through the home as the build progressed, and to act as someone that gave us general guidance at any point in the process.
Another thing I appreciated about Craig was his non-real estate background and what that brought to the table.  Craig's personal background in both construction and lending were also extremely valuable and insightful throughout the process, and helps to shape Craig's overall value as a realtor.
We were never pressured with Craig - he always wanted to make sure we were as informed as possible before making any decision.
We couldn't be more pleased with Craig and what he offered us during our 9 month build process.  Whether an in-state buyer, or an out-of-state buyer, I'd recommend Craig McGuire & Bramlett Partners to anyone, without question.
