We worked with Vicki Duran and she was incredibly helpful from start to finish! Helping us set expectations and informing us the current condition of the market, taking us to open houses and helping us put together a competitive offer, and helping us with negotiations and recommending top notch inspectors for the job. Vicki was very responsive and patient with answering all of our questions, she did not pressure us on anything and respected our budget and gave us objective information to help with our decision making. She took us on 12 open houses in one day, we ended up making 3 solid offers and got one accepted in one weekend, it was super efficient and couldn't have gone smoother! We couldn't be happier and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell in the area!

We are out of state buyer and Shaun had helped us through the whole process smoothly. He is very knowledgeable in the area and had been very patient with our constant questions. He was available for us even with different time zones. He always answered our questions diligently. We would definitely recommend Shaun without any reservations and would love to work with him again if the opportunity arises whether as a buyer or seller.

I was initially quite leery of entering the crazy Austin Real Estate market. I’d heard horror stories about bidding wars with over 30 offers, having to pay $100,000 over asking price, and houses not appraising for the contract price. When I first spoke with Craig McGuire of Bramlett Partners Real Estate, he was realistic about the current market, but optimistic that he would find me a place that I would love and would feel comfortable with the purchasing process. Early on, I found a couple of homes that I was tempted to submit an offer for. Craig was thorough in his research of the homes and comps and was able to steer me away from a house that was not going to appraise and another that had potential to be a messy situation all around. When I finally found “the one” Craig went above and beyond to help me put together a strong offer that I could feel comfortable with. He made himself available whenever I need to talk out the situation and alleviate any of my concerns. Ultimately, I was able to have a quick closing on a house that I love with a purchasing situation that was definitely not the nightmare that I had feared. For someone who is considering wading into the Austin Real Estate market, I wholeheartedly recommend working with Craig McGuire!

Kasey helped us find a fantastic home in Austin. She has been incredibly helpful from start to finish, and was always one (or more) steps ahead! She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home search/offer/purchase process. We were selling a house elsewhere in parallel, and the difference between the two experiences was night and day. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome realtor.

KASEY GILLIAM was so amazing that it took me a while to write this review because it was hard to put all that she did for me into words!!! Even though I work in the industry, once I was in the shoes of the buyer things were still nerve-wrecking. Kasey is responsive, runs a schedule, and she shows up SO prepared---she knew everything about the house when we went on a viewing, understood and LISTENED to what was important to me in a home and so she knew what to point out on the tours (things I would like/not like etc.). There were also many cases where Kasey brought up concerns to me on the property that I didn't think of---this meant a lot to me because it showed just how much she cared (was more concerned with me getting into a home I loved even after closing than just making a quick sale). When I was nervous about signing or saying "okay lets do this" she was there---with ZERO pressure---giving me the nudge that I needed because it was a great deal/house. When the builder had to change things or when issues arose she was RIGHT there on the phone talking me through it and talking me off of many metaphorical cliffs :). She is the best of the best in Austin and I will always refer her and use her as long as I am buying houses. Thank you Kasey!!! You helped make my dreams come true!!!

Vivia went above and beyond at every step of the process. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and was an invaluable part of my home-buying experience. From finding the house, negotiating the contract, coordinating the inspection and repair estimates, all the way through to closing she was a trusted advisor the entire time. No real estate purchase goes exactly was planned, and Vivia is definitely someone you want on your team to help navigate the process. I highly recommend Vivia to anyone that is looking for a realtor, buyer or seller.
