Working with Ann Nye was a Joy We live in Fairview Heights Illinois (near St. Louis) so all are dealings were done remotely. Ann was working with our son and daughter-in-law, who live in Austin, to find a house. They had been very pleased with Ann and recommended her to us. Ann did video tours for us of the houses we were interested in and even did video tours of the parks near by. Ann helped us find a perfect house just 2 miles from the house that my son and daughter-in law chose. After that Ann helped us get loan information, someone to cut the grass at our new house until we arrive, and a contractor to do minor repairs before we arrive. My son and daughter-in law closed on their house on the same day we closed on ours. Now, thanks to Ann, we will be spending lots of time with our new baby grand daughter. Thank you Ann Nye

If you are in the market for a trusted and experienced agent, I would recommend Philip Myers with Bramlett Realty. We just closed on our second property with him. Choosing a realtor to represent you is a daunting, and often frustrating endeavor. We worked with two or three agents before we were lucky enough to be put in touch with Philip. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and has excellent contacts in all the areas of real estate from contractors, to lenders, to inspectors, to appraisers. There are always a few bumps along the way when buying or selling a property and it’s always good to have an experienced professional in your corner. When we had to push back our closing date two times, Philip handled it immediately. When the seller wasn’t getting us the appropriate documents, he made sure he followed up until we had them. He even recommended an amazing lender – this was a life saver. The two previous lenders we had spoken with had said we could only get our property with 20% down, but Philip’s contact was able to get it to us for 5% down and lower interest rates than the other two. I don’t think we would have been able to close at all on our first property if we hadn’t worked with Philip and Charlie from Austin Capital Mortgage. Philip knows the ins and outs of how real estate transactions work. When something inevitably goes wrong, he knows the next best move. I’ve recommended him to several friends and unreservedly recommend him to anyone who is serious about buying a property.

Phenomenal service!!! Tyson's knowledge and experience was on point. He was honest and straight forward throughout the entire process and made himself available as much as possible. Austin Pitts is my realtor for life! We were taking a walk one Friday evening, and saw a for sale sign in front of our favorite house in the neighborhood. I immediately texted Austin, who set a showing for 10:00am the next day. We had an offer in on Saturday afternoon, under contract by Monday, and he even referred us to a lender that closed us in 3 weeks! He was also able to create a relationship with the seller’s agent so we knew where we had to be in order to come in with the most attractive bid - all without feeling like we overpaid because we knew what the next highest offer was. We moved the whole family to Austin for a career change and jumped right into a hectic seller’s market, looking to buy a home. A friend had recommended Bramlett Partners and introduced us to Tyson via email. Tyson got a list from us detailing the specific things we needed in our new home. He used this to generate possibilities in a list which he emailed to us frequently while we settled affairs out of state. After a few weeks, we had a great collection of homes that were the right size, within our budget, and in the area we wanted to live. We moved into a temporary rental and started viewing homes with Tyson. Over the course of several evenings, Tyson led us all over the north Austin area looking at different homes. He fine-tuned what he showed us next based on things we liked or did not. He even recognized a listing that was tantamount to a scam and steered us clear of it. Eventually, we found a home that checked all the boxes and then some. Tyson went to bat for us and even had to wrangle the listing agent a bit over some things she had missed. We were glad for his advocacy and despite an almost hostile market for buyers, purchased our new home within a month of moving to Austin. Tyson was a consummate professional. He was patient, and worked hard to find my family a home that suited all our needs. During our move I had a friend tell me he wanted to relocate his family out to the Austin area. I connected him to Bramlett without hesitation and they are closing on a home as I write this

Our search for a realtor in the Austin area began and ended with Linda Baddour. She is the epitome of professionalism, helping us at every step of the process and she went above and beyond to make our homebuying experience a possibility in spite of the unbelievably competitive market. We were hoping to move within a specific timeframe and she worked extremely hard to facilitate several home viewings (virtual and in-person while we visited for a single weekend) ultimately enabling us to close on a brand new home resale within 45 days of beginning our search with an offer that was under asking + while coordinating 95% of the details out-of-state. I would recommend Linda to anyone in search of a fantastic, experienced and efficient realtor in the Austin area and I look forward to working with her again.

Worked with Craig McGuire of Bramlett Partners and had the best home buying experience.  My wife, Diana, is a realtor in Pennsylvania, so we know something about the process and customer service.  Relocating to Austin can be daunting, especially with not knowing the landscape and areas most in tune with our needs.  Craig met with us virtually several weeks before our first trip to Austin.  His efforts to get to know us and to define initial search criteria was a welcome experience.  We were able to critique many homes before arrival, which allowed Craig to zero-in to our unique needs.  Wow!  Craig produced home showing plans that were outstanding.  He spent at least three days showing homes and was extremely attentive.  We decided on a home that is perfect for us and through Craig's knowledge of the competitive market, guided us into an offer that was accepted first off.  No horrow stories for us and a big thanks to Craig.  A true gentleman and consumate professional.  I highly recommend working with Craig!

We worked with Tyson Hombroek to buy our first home. Tyson was fantastic from beginning to end. As first time home buyers the process is very intimidating looking from the outside but from the first phone call we had with Tyson he helped us understand what we were doing and helped us set our expectations. Tyson was very responsive and really put our needs above all else, he even helped us make sure we stayed within our budget and let us know if he didn't think houses we were looking at were realistic. He was very detail oriented in tours and walkthroughs and drew our attention to things we would have missed. I can't recommend working with Tyson enough, he got us through the entire process al the way to closing on our new home in this crazy Austin real estate market.

We worked with agent Kristin Wellborn. This was our fifth house bought/sold over the past 28 years and Kristin is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with (not even close). In this case, we were buyers. Kristin possesses incredible knowledge about the Austin area. We resided in another state (1,400 miles away) and had to purchase our house without being able to visit in person. We completely relied on her understanding of the various towns and neighborhoods. She sent us many, many videos and frank assessments about the myriad properties for sale that she visited on our behalf. Kristin respected our wishes concerning the purchase process (no bidding wars!) and in the end negotiated a great deal on our behalf, below both list and the lender-appraised value. Our offer to the seller was based on well-researched comparables and was immediately accepted. (BTW: we were not "high-end" buyers; our purchase price was about average for Austin. Rest assured: Kristin will work tirelessly on your behalf regardless of your price level.) She kept in constant contact with us, seven days a week. Honestly, it would be impossible to find a more dedicated agent.

As a first time homebuyer, Lauren Yoder was the perfect agent to work with. She was always available to jump on a call and answer any questions I had about the process. Even though I was buying in a tough market, I never felt pressured to make offers I didn't feel comfortable with. Lauren's curated searches made it incredibly easy to find great properties, and her knowledge of things to look for, and avoid, in a house was incredibly helpful. Once under contract, Lauren helped make the closing process as stress-free as possible. She was always on top of the communication between myself and any party that needed to be involved. I am very grateful that Lauren was recommended to me, and I will definitely look to work with her in the future if I ever need to buy or sell in the area!
