As a first time buyer, I had many questions and Will was always very quick to respond with helpful information. Whenever I found a property I was interested in, he would setup same day visits and be available to show them which is a necessity with how fast houses sell in Austin. My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home, and were so lucky to have been able to work with Lauren Yoder. I honestly cannot put into words how amazing Lauren is - we attribute the ease and success of this process entirely to her. As first time home buyers, we felt really nervous and in over our head at the very beginning. But from the moment we connected with Lauren, we felt more on top of the process, and excited to pursue our search.

Me and my husband got the opportunity to work with Bailey Moran at Brammlett Residential. Buying a house (especially if it's your first one) is really scary and overwhelming! So it is important to work with the right real estate agent! We literally weren't sure what we wanted and we didn't have a car then. She picked us up each time to show us all around Austin area without any complaints during such a difficult time (2020-covid19). Our lease was ending and we had a tight schedule to find a house we really love. However, Bailey made this stressful process as easy and fun as possible. She was always available to view any property within 24 hours. She is very knowledgeable, professional and on top of all that absolutely down to earth and such a sweetheart! She is also very honest, so be ready to hear warnings from her about the houses you actually fall in love with! Vicki Duran is great! As first time home buyers, we were looking for a realtor who could help us through the entire process patiently and comprehensively, and we are glad that Vicki contacted us in response to our request on the Bramlett Partners website.

From the start, Vicki was extremely responsive, at all times. Every text, email and call responded to within 30 minutes, if not sooner. Vicki's guidance and knowledge helped us to narrow down our MLS filters and modify as necessary. We were making notes/posting questions on the MLS portal and were pleasantly surprised to see that Vicki was also reading them and giving her thoughts on each of those.
