First Time Home Buyer

We worked with Vicki Duran to purchase our first home. We chose to go with her after speaking with several other realtors and we're glad we did. As first-time buyers we knew nothing about the process and Vicki helped us navigate every step of the way. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and generous with her time. After living in apartments for years we were anxious to own and saw more than 40 homes over the course of a few weeks. Vicki was always up to the challenge! Whenever we needed her for questions or guidance, she was available. The home buying process was way less stressful than we thought it would be and we have Vicki to thank for that.

Recently, my husband and I decided to take a life changing step and move to the Austin area for a job opportunity. We had never been here before and had no idea what to expect. Everything with our home buying process went astonishingly smoothly, from the first call with Craig for him to get a sense of what we were looking for all the way through closing. My husband and I kept joking that something was bound to go wrong since 2020 has been rough in so many ways, but we were both incredibly pleased when everything went perfectly. I know he balances a bunch of clients at once, but we always felt like his top priority and we simply couldn't be any happier with his work. Everything was just that perfect. This was an incredible experience and we're so happy in our new home!
