We worked with Tara McGuire who has been by far the best realtor we've ever worked with. We recently moved to Austin and had zero idea of where we should buy. Tara was incredibly patient and organized putting together a list of pros and cons on where to live based on where my husband and I were working. She is comfortable with all budget levels and goes to bat to get you the best deal. We ended up deciding to go with a new build and she went above and beyond giving us decorating advice when we went to our design appointments as well as exterior and interior add on advice. She has been a critical part to the process throughout all of the ups and downs of building a home; getting involved when things didn't go the right way. We closed 2 weeks ago and she is still heavily involved giving us advice on where to go for all things house related. She has truly been a pleasure to work with and someone I can call a friend after such a long process.

My wife and I worked with Tara recently on a home purchase and she is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend her. This was our first house and she could not have made the whole process any easier. On a property that received 16 offers in 2 days, her knowledge of the area and what we should offer helped secure the house for us. She was also kind enough to recommend inspectors and other various vendors she had worked with in the past when the time came. We will definitely be giving Tara a call again when it is time for our next purchase!

We were lucky enough to stumble across Bramlett real estate when looking for our next home. Our home search began in late 2014 when Tara McGuire responded to an inquiry we had on a listing. She was immediately responsive, informative and really invested in helping us with the process. We were selling our first home and it was quite an emotional process that I don't think we were really ready for. She was not only insanely patient with us while we looked at home after home, but she was also very supportive in helping us get our home ready for sale so we could get the best price the market had to offer. By 2016 we were finally emotionally ready to sell and our home was on the market for only 3 days. We received more than our asking price and everything went off without a hitch from the listing to close. I couldn't recommend Tara highly enough for anyone's real estate needs. Not only did we have the best agent, but I really felt like we had a great friend throughout the whole process. I wish I had another home to sell just to work with her again.

My husband and I worked with Tara McGuire and can't say enough good things about her! She is amazingly organized, knowledgeable, informative, and professional. And she's nice! She genuinely wants you to get what you're looking for and works hard to help make that happen as smoothly as possible. She is available around the clock and even weekends. She took us to see NINE houses on a Sunday because that was the earliest she could do it. And when none of those worked out she quickly acted on two more for us to see on Tuesday. Even when she wasn't communicating she clearly explained expectations for when there would be time during the contract where we wouldn't need to be doing much. She helped us find a home we absolutely love in Round Rock. We would enthusiastically recommend her for Austin and the surrounding areas!

We have family in Austin and have been looking for the right house and the right time to move to Austin for the better part of 3 years. Tara McGuire from Bramlett is our agent. She works very hard, communicates well, and was very patient with us over that time. She has been involved with real estate in Austin for nearly 20 years. She knows the pros and cons of all the areas we were looking into including schools, access to shopping, traffic issues, etc. She also has great knowledge regarding home valuation. I hope we never have to buy a new house again, but if we do, I would definitely go through these guys. We called on a weekend and Tara McGuire met us at our dream home the next day at like 8AM! After checking it out, we wanted to go for it, so we gave her the green light and she was off! She explained the whole process in easy terms and made sure we kept up with every deadline and response. Late night texts, early morning phone calls - I just really felt like Tara was staying on the ball and looking out for us. Her networking of basically every kind of person you need to know made it a breeze to get the inspection and lending taking care of. She even has references for us when we are ready to tear out the ugly laminate countertops in the kitchen. so friendly and so professional, #teamtara all the way!

We contacted Bramlett Partners Real Estate late in 2016 as we were anticipating moving to Austin however plans changed and we ended up moving to Irving in 2017. We were working with Tara McGuire and even when we told her we would not be moving to Austin but to Irving instead she went above and beyond what was required of her and assisted us in finding a realtor in Irving, Kim Reding, who is wonderful. Afterwards Tara continued to check on us periodically and make sure we were being well taken care of. There are not many people out there who go out of their way to help out someone when there is nothing in it for them. Thank you Tara and rest assured if we ever relocate to the Austin area you will be the first person we call!

We worked with Tara McQuire. We enjoyed the experience and thought she was top-notch as far as knowledge of Circle C and the process of house hunting and buying. We threw her a curveball when suggesting a buy-lease since we were ready to move in immediately and the house was also ready. Tara handled this complexity well. The sell was executed quickly and without issues.

One concern with Tara is on two different occasions she was sure about an amenity and we asked her to verify. It turned out she was not correct about the amenities which led us to doubt her authenticity. This is not a good position to be in when looking for houses. For example, she mentioned we can build in back of a house on the greenbelt and this later was proving to be incorrect.

Nevertheless she provided a wealth of useful and correct information and while she wanted the sell, she likely did not intentionally misinform us in those two instances.

The other concern we had was a mix-up when the buy-lease ran out and keys were not available for us. We had to drive to seller's house to pick-up the keys ourselves. This was partly the selling realtor's fault. A little foresight however could have prevented the problem.

Tara and Bramlett Partners earn 5-stars because in all we had a wonderful experience.

Tara McGuire was absolutely fantastic to work with! We knew right away that we wanted to entrust her with selling our home. Her expertise, professionalism, and patience was exactly what we needed as first time home-sellers. She educated us throughout the process, patiently answered our many questions, helped us find other professionals that could help us prepare our home for the big sale, and was very understanding about our anxieties about letting go of our first home. She priced the home exactly right, and by the end of our first day on the market we had a full price offer. Great experience and I would recommend her to anyone!
