Eric helped me prepare and sell my property this summer and did a great job. I needed someone who could tell me what repairs and improvements I could make to get more for the house and he did just that. He gave me a list of fixes and helped refer me to reliable people who did the work at good prices. Eric even picked out the carpet for me!

Before we listed the property, Eric helped get everything ready for pictures and sent over a really good photographer. The listing looked great and we sold for more than any other house in the neighborhood in the first weekend!!!

Eric is really good at his job. He has a lot of experience and gives great advice. First let me say, one of the best property managers and real estate guys I have met. Eric is the only realtor we will ever use in the Austin area! The summer of 2015 Eric sold our renovated condo in one week. His team was professional and worked together seamlessly. Tara McGuire of Bramlett Realty handled the sale of my father's house after his passing. She endured a six months wait while the garage and storeroom were emptied out. My siblings and I worked with Tara McGuire and Bramlett Real Estate to sell our mother's home in Austin when she moved to independent living.
