Carlos Reyna
Carlos did an outstanding job helping us sell our home. He was very knowledgeable about the marketing approach that was needed to sell our home in this tough market. He was up front about all aspects of this sale. He is very friendly and easy to work with. He took care of everything from the office side and kept us on top of things as the sale progressed. He went above and beyond. This was the first time I had ever sold a home and it was a great experience and that was a lot due to Carlos. I would definitely look him up again if I needed a realtor.
Carlos did a phenomenal job finding us a home! We had a lot of needs and weren’t exactly easy clients, but Carlos put in so much time and effort to make sure we found the perfect place for us. We experienced a lot of trial and error in our search, but throughout the process, Carlos was unbelievably helpful and extremely communicative with us. Carlos was an absolute blessing to have as our Realator. The first thing that I noticed about him was that I felt like I could ask any questions- regardless of how dumb. This was super important to my husband and I because this is the first house we have ever purchased. The second thing that stuck out is the way he never pressured us to buy a specific house or tried to push us towards anything if we didn’t feel comfortable with it. He made sure that we controlled the climate of what houses we wanted to see and continued to encourage us along the way when it felt like everything was moving slowly. The third thing is he is a great communicator. He always messaged us back timely and checked in on us to see if we had questions throughout the week when we were browsing. And as soon as we wanted to see a home he would immediately make an appointment to view it. This was extremely important to us because my husband and I are in the military and so we were not in Texas during the entire process. Carlos actually drove one hour North of Austin every time we wanted him to view a home for us and he would FaceTime and send videos of the home so we could see them. All in all I could not recommend Carlos more to anyone! Thank you for guiding us through the purchase of our first home.
Mr. Reyna facilitated the marketing, listing, showing, and finally the sale of my home in Austin. The communication and relationship with Mr. Reyna as my real estate agent exceeded my expectations. He contacted me immediately to update me with the status of the showings, offers, and finally the sale. He went far and beyond his scope by coordinating any repairs needed to ready the home, which greatly assisted me, as well as the buyer. I believe his attention to detail, his communication, and his being available at any time, either by telephone or email, facilitated the showing and sale. My husband and me worked with Carlos to buy our first home.
