My husband and I worked with Rachel Pulliam to buy our first home. She was patient and understanding, efficient, and encouraging. She answered all of our questions, even ones that came up at 9 PM on a weekday. She met with us weekend after weekend to search all kinds of houses from old ones needing a lot of work to new construction as we figured out what we wanted in a home. She changed schedules around last minute, even scheduling to view a home within 3 hours of my text to her so that we could see it before we put in an offer on another house the following day.
