Sally Pierce is a wonderful, kind lady who knows her real estate business well. She is well connected in the real estate business and is great with new builds. Moving into Texas from out of state, I am in the process of completing two new houses (one a 1031 exchange and the other my residence) in Sun City Texas and Sally has been there to monitor the building process and keeping me posted on all the process including photos.
