Randomly chose Steffan after looking at some listings on Zillow. After meeting him in person on our first visit to Austin, we were very impressed…1000x more helpful than our agent in Houston. Anyway after showing us around he turned us on to the perfect neighborhood and we found a house that was perfect for us. E also had some a special financing situation and helped us get in touch with a lender and title company that made closing a breeze.
