I had an amazing experience working with Trey Blanco. He took time to introduce me to Austin and describe the different neighborhoods and show me a lot of different options. His knowledge and expertise helped me narrow down what I was looking for, and with his help I found my home! He continued to support and provide guidance throughout the process, and I plan to work with him for future properties.

Lindsey is simply THE BEST. We just closed on our house after a ~2 week search and 30 day contract period, and honestly the entire process couldn't have gone more smoothly. Lindsey was instrumental to that. She is always proactive about sharing information in a great amount of detail -- providing answers to questions, additional context for complicated info, and reassurance -- always within minutes of us reaching out. Getting into the market:
I purchased a house with Lindsey in January 2022. The process began a year prior when I first discussed getting into the housing market. From the beginning, Lindsey listened to my preferences, gave me market insights, sent me potential listings, and checked in with me from time to time to see how I was doing.

Actively looking for a house:
When I finally got around to purchasing, there was no delay in getting showings scheduled. Lindsey always arrived on time, was quick to respond to any requests or questions I had, and provided excellent service with enthusiastic delivery.

Putting in the offer:
When we got around to submitting an offer, Lindsey was extremely attentive to any potential gotchas or odd details in the contract. She negotiated the contract and regularly checked in with the seller to ensure all parties were satisfied.

Under contract:
From putting in earnest money, speaking with the title company, ensuring all necessary documents were given to the lender, and everything in between, Lindsey was on top of every thread to guarantee no problems would persist.

Signing day:
Lindsey was there to guide me through the documents and do a final walkthrough.

And beyond:
I had an issue with a faulty thermostat and Lindsey and her team replaced it for free! What exemplary service that is beyond what I could have ever expected.

I have purchased and sold several homes with various real estate agents but my experience recently with Linda Baddour has been the best so far – beginning, middle, end, and beyond! My situation was complicated as I was navigating an out-of-state sale -- with untimely repairs needed -- to complete a 1031 Exchange into Texas. Linda’s awareness of the process and her relationships with the builder/seller kept everything moving; even when we thought the deal may not happen. Her composed demeanor was greatly appreciated when I felt so many things were out of control. She buffered me from “the noise” of the transaction by managing communications with the seller and escrow/title companies so I didn’t feel even more overwhelmed. She was always very responsive, even late into the evening. Linda’s CPA background was critical and appreciated as she also helped me make informed financial decisions. I greatly respected her input and don’t have any regrets on any decisions I made based on her feedback. After I closed, she even offered to advertise my new investment to get it occupied as soon as possible. My experience with Linda in my purchase was so positive that I am already looking at additional purchases, would use her again, and definitely recommend her to others!

Julie is great to work with through the real estate process from helping us try to find temporary housing through purchasing a home in Leander. She is very thorough and helps guide the buyer through the process especially for us being new to Texas, which is different than other states we have owned homes in, but somewhat similar to Ventura County, CA. Very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable with a willingness and flexibility to work with us from start to finish. We highly recommend Julie as an excellent real estate agent as well as providing temporary housing.

Kasey Gilliam and Kim Jowers were the agents we worked with in purchasing our home in Austin. They are very knowledgeable and couldn't ask for anyone better. We actually met with Kasey last year when we were not sure about purchasing, but Kasey was of great help and gave us great advice to visit the neighborhoods we are interested in so that we get a sense of how the neighborhood feels instead of just looking at pictures of the house online. We did not purchase at the time, but come this year, our move was finalized and jumped on a call with the team and voila, we now own a home in Austin we are going to move into in 48 hours. Highly recommend Kasey and Kim, they really want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase

In a nutshell I met Gina via email on Feb 24th and I closed on my house on March 29th. I looked for two weeks and made two bids. Gina never pressured me or pushed me to bid higher than I wanted which turned out perfectly because the second house was THE one. She managed my expectations about the market and that it would be tough buying. She answered all of my questions and was SO supportive. She gave me the perfect advice and I was able to put in a bid that the seller liked enough so they didn’t even have an open house. And feedback from the seller was they not only liked my numbers but they liked how buttoned up and packaged my bid was and that was 100% Gina. I would not hesitate to recommend Gina to anyone!

Gina was an amazing help! She returned calls and messages promptly. She accommodated times to see the properties for me. Her willingness, knowledge, and expertise are of superb caliber. She diminished my stress in finding a place with short notice. Email properties to me in a flash. Instantly worked with me to view properties and worked the details of distance, which were imperative for us. I can't thank her enough for the time, professionalism and courteous help she gave.
