Bramlett & Joe made the whole process stress free, and really helped expedite the process for us. We had no idea we would find exactly what we were looking for so quickly! Joe was very knowledgable on numerous things such as market strategy, what things to look for while touring homes, and he quickly understood exactly what type of home my wife and I were looking for. He was also in constant communication with us throughout the whole process which helped us feel very comfortable in a situation that could have been stressful. Crystal Hirst is a super star! We started our process in March 2022 when the market was riddled with crazy prices and bidding wars. We came from a much more affordable area and were definitely experiencing sticker shock. Crystal really helped us figure out a realistic budget and the areas that would meet our needs. We eventually decided on a new build but it had some serious delays. Crystal worked to find us alternatives. When we considered staying with the new build, Crystal went back to the builder and got the price reduced (Commiserate with the market softening), incentives increased, and a close date locked in. Crystal even gave us advice on selling our old house (in another city) and she wasn't even the realtor for that house. Crystal has been great and I recommend her any chance I get.

Lynn Wise helped us with our recent home purchase and we were really happy to work with her. She was responsive and knowledgeable about house features and neighborhoods, which helped a lot as we searched. It was my first home purchase and she was fantastic at answering questions and walking us through the process so that we felt confident about our decisions. She was a huge asset during negotiations with the seller and throughout closing. Highly recommend her for any real estate needs!

Molly Parks is justly extraordinary! I was impressed with her knowledge of the Austin housing market. Molly was responsive whenever I wanted to see a property. She did an incredible job with all the information gathering for each property that I wanted to tour, and steered me in the best direction when it was time to make an offer. Molly was really straightforward about the pros and cons and strategy when I made offers on each property. It was a hot housing market in the Austin arena and Molly handled the stress of it effortlessly. Me, on the other hand…I was a basket case and was blessed to have Molly to hold my hand. She even put me in touch with an amazing mortgage team and the closing went seamlessly. It was a pleasure working with Molly and I would love to work with her again when I am ready to sell.
