Julie Stoakley is an absolutely amazing realtor that we were lucky enough to find during our move to Austin. She asks great questions, taking time to really understand what we wanted. Her knowledge of all things Austin and the local market was invaluable. She drove us all over Austin looking at every house we had on our list. And since she had taken the time to really understand what we wanted, she showed us some homes that weren't on our list that we loved! When we found the one we wanted, Julie prepared us thoroughly prior to making an offer and I'm glad to say that because of Julie's advice, we were able to find the perfect place for us! Honestly, we were not the easiest to work with as we had tight constraints at that time. From the get go, he listened to our requirements and helped us strategize on what needed to be done. He set us up for automated searches, called up listing agents with our questions, and drove us to showings.
Trey is very organized and detail-oriented. And he always has that cheerful attitude. When we finally found our property, he was there to help us blue-tape the place, video walkthroughs as we were out of town.
