We are looking to relocate from CA to TX and was looking for a reliable local agent in TX to help us through the process. I called Eric Bramlett Real Estate after reading all the raving reviews on Yelp. Patrick Hallett was the one I got connected with and he had been such help for me throughout the entire house hunting process. The welcome to the neighborhood emails have been really informative and the regular newsletters give us a good idea and keeps us up to date on the current market situations. He is punctual, professional, responsive, and always ready to help. Since we are still in CA in the process of moving, many things had to be done remotely. Patrick was really my boots on the ground and helped me to take videos tours of houses, live stream the new home orientations and communicate with the builder's rep to ensure the process go as smoothly as possible. He's even helping to pick up the keys and hold on to them until we get there. I am happy to say that the house closed on time and everything went without hiccup. He went above and beyond in communicating directly with our builder on ways to bridge the gap between the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new one. I was referred to Nancy Guilloteau at Bramlett Real Estate by a coworker who had a great experience working with her for a rental property in the ever-exclusive Clarksville. I bought my first home on the East side of Austin while working with Zoe Wafelbakker a few months ago, and I had an excellent, seamless experience. Zoe was always available to answer questions (and I had many) and her Austin real estate expertise and interpersonal skills are top-notch. She handled the few minor issues and hurdles we faced with ease and grace which meant the buying process was fairly stress-free for me, and we never had to deal with full-on problems.
