Gina was AMAZING!!! She looked up listings every day in my search criteria. We went to countless houses looking for the perfect house for me. It was my first home purchase and I didn't have a lot of money for repairs, so I didn't want a fixer upper. When we found the perfect house, Gina took the time to make sure that every step went smoothly and kept me informed through the process. I highly recommend Gina for all your Real Estate needs.
If you want to sell your house or buy one, Gina is the one for ya. She will do whatever is needed to get the job done. She makes things easy and explains things the way you can understand. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Julie Stoakley in our investment property search. She's an investment property owner herself, and fully recognizes the unique characteristics of single- and multi-family rentals, and the economics behind that decision.
