Moving from out of state to Austin, my husband and I had little knowledge of Austin. We were looking for an agent that could give us advice and information on different neighborhoods and locations based on our budget and house must haves. Thankfully we chose to work with Bailey Moran and she was the perfect fit! She was able to get to know us and gives us her ideas of locations and homes we hadn't even thought to explore. She was able to work with our demands, as well as a not so easy seller, and made the process of buying our first home in Austin fun and bearable. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers, and new to the Austin area so we were a bit hesitant starting our home buying. We were set up with Tara and Andrew, and the experience was awesome! Wow, wow, wow! Working with Ryan to find a new place to live was seamless. We just closed on our first house and we are grateful to have worked with the firm, specifically with Kasey Gilliam whose service was absolutely top-notch. My wife and I give her our absolute highest endorsement.

The overall transaction went very smoothly and Kasey was in full control throughout. My wife and I are first time home buyers, which comes with a lot of anxiety, yet Kasey kept us calm and confident. Kasey showed she was an excellent listener by showing us highly relevant properties at the beginning. We found one that was pre-market that we loved and Kasey crafted an excellent strategy that worked out perfectly.

There were four attributes in particular that stood out:

1. analytical nature - Kasey mentioned she was previously a CPA and it showed. We absolutely loved how analytical she was which was incredibly effective for us, since we're of the same mindset. She did great navigating us through so much uncertainty carefully measuring expected risks & rewards.
2. reliability - she always responded very quickly who was extremely knowledgeable and genuine (e.g. she was unafraid to say she didn't know instead of trying to fake it like I have encountered in the past). No calls or texts were ignored.
3. reassuring - as first time home buyers she gave us a lot of good and salient information without overwhelming us. She always made sure we understood something before going further. She was calm throughout which gave us incredibly high confidence in her ability.
4. outcome - most importantly, she delivered the outcome that we desired drove the process with few frictions making it much smoother than anticipated.

This is our first purchase so admittedly I don't have much basis for a comparison. But after reading numerous books and speaking with so many who went through this same process, it's clear Kasey provides a level of service that is among the very best.

My wife and I worked with Tara McGuire to buy our first home together. We started the search back in December 2018 and took six months to find the right home. We are new Texans, and she knows the area and its neighborhoods so well, she was able to help us pick a neighborhood that is a great fit for us. We love our house! Vicki Duran was referred to me by a friend a mine who had previously used her services. Right from the first time I connected with Vicki, she has always been well-prepared, action-oriented and knowledgeable not only about the housing market but all the peripheral services as well. Vicki is extremely detail oriented and took every single one of my requirements very seriously. Because of my busy schedule, I was not able to go and see the property myself, but could trust her to close on the property remotely. She was able to close the property my choice in just 3 weeks, negotiated major fixes, connected me to a good mortgage company (I did my own research but this was the best), arranged for a painter, and provided reco for property mgmt services! Kasey Gilliam was AMAZING!! As a first home buyer I had little knowledge about the process or what it looked like (and was SUPER nervous) -- Kasey made this super easy and helped me understand everything that was happening along the way. Kasey clued me in on a ton of stuff that she didn't necessarily need to and I truly felt that she had my best interest in mind from start to finish. She answered every question I had right away and was super flexible and quick to get me in to see properties at times that worked with my schedule. She took the time to go over all the documentation with me to ensure I understood what I was signing and agreeing to, she showed up to every inspection and helped research some issues and reached out to her contacts so we could get an estimate of possible repairs. By the time this process was over I felt like an experienced home buyer due to her knowledge and everything she shared with me and made sure I knew.

I feel truly blessed to have been a client of Kasey's --I've spoke to many others who have gone through the processes and often times heard horror stories of their experiences due to their realtor. I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Bramlett Partners to find my ideal condo. In anticipation of my move to Austin, I felt nervous that I had zero familiarity with the area. Initially thinking I would buy a condo, I reached out to Eric for assistance. Eric immediately returned my phone call and over the next few weeks spent hours breaking down for my family the need-to-know details about the different areas of Austin. Further, he put me in touch with financial experts who explained my mortgage/ financing options. When I told Eric I was better suited to instead lease a condo during my 2-year stay, he promptly connected me with his colleague Bailey Bowden who, too, was a pleasure to work with. Bailey was extremely flexible to accommodate my busy schedule, and she showed many great properties that I would have never found on my own. After I found the condo of my dreams and signed a lease, Bramlett Partners did not fall of the map. Instead, Eric and Bailey followed up to help me sort out the remaining details with my landlord's broker and also ensure my overall satisfaction with my lease. These guys are professionals who take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients - 10/10.

Eric defines what a Realtor should be. So much so that I've used him twice.

I first happened upon him by chance when looking to move from Orlando, FL to Austin, TX in January, 2006. He was the listing agent for a place that I was interested in renting. After chatting with him for a bit over the phone about what I was looking for, he offered to drive me around to check out a few other places as well when I arrived in Austin. I arrived and he did so, making time for me after my new job (sometimes into the evening) without hesitation. He was able to tailor our search down to my needs so we didn't waste any time in touring. Even after the first couple contracts fell through because people beat us to it, he continued to help.

When it came time to buy a home, we called Eric up again. He spent the better part of 3 months driving my then pregnant wife around to look at our personalized list of homes, including new developments that had plans that met our needs.
