We came across Eric Bramlett Partners Real Estate and Tara, one of the realtors on Yelp. They were super quick to respond to our inquiry and the only ones to actually have a realtor contact us from the start. Tara was there every step of the way during a new home purchase. She coordinated the inspections, and helped towards closing when we had some issues with the builder. We would definitely recommend Tara McGuire and Eric Bramlett Real Estate.
If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent in the Austin area you can look no further. Eric and his team have gone above and beyone to help us purchase our first home.
My wife and I are relocating from SF Bay Area to Austin and he has helped us out every step of the way. He did not pressure us whatsoever or try and sell us on any property, he was very candid and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase.
To show what kind of standup guy Eric is, we were driving from one house to another and there was a HUGE turtle in the middle of a busy street. He pulled over, stopped traffic, and moved the turtle to safety! What more could you want from a real estate agent! LOL
Jennifer Bailley was the sweetest person i've worked with, she went extra miles showing me statistics, explaining too many details really well, she dedicated a lot of time showing me properties patiently and respectfully, i would definitely would love to work with her on more properties in future, thank you!
Eric is awesome. He was recommended to us by friends and we are so happy they did. He is knowledgable, precise, and thoughtful. He obviously has a ton of experience in his field and it showed. He answered frantic questions, worked extremely quickly with all aspects on his end, and was very communicative. I highly recommend Eric for anyone looking to buy a home in the Austin area. You will be in good hands.
My wife and I worked with Eric as our buyer's agent over the span of over a year and a half. He was very patient and never pressured us into buying. He is experienced in investing and remodeling homes in Austin, and has value-add in terms of estimating the cost of improvements while viewing homes as well as referring to his preferred contractors.
Eric is very knowledgeable about the Central Austin market - we were looking in Rosedale, Tarrytown, Clarksville, Judge's Hill, Allandale, and Old West Austin. Eric had value-additive input on all these neighborhoods.
I would recommend Eric for any type of purchase in Central Austin - new/newer home, project/older home, lots/rebuild projects; Eric can add value on all of these.
Eric is very responsive and honest, and an overall good buyer's agent.
My experience with Eric and his team was so good that I had to create an account just to write a a review for them!
My wife and I bought a house through Eric this past May and also used his company to list and rent our other property.
We were blown away by the amount of information Eric can provide about a house and its potential. Being an Engineer I can really appreciate how data driven he is and can help even a layman understand what the numbers say.
Both Eric and Bailey understood our target neighborhood really well and helped us narrow down houses even before we went to take a look. This insight really helped us come up with a competitive price when we made the offer on the house we liked and kept us informed throughout the process.
We have been very impressed with Eric, so much so that most of our closest friends have either bought through him or are in the process of buying a property through him.
We worked with Vicky Duran at Bramlett and she was fabulous to work with! This was our first home purchase and she helped us through the process end to end. She was meticulous in her planning and her communication. As we were working against a very tight timeline, she worked extra hours just so that we had all the information we needed and places we wanted to see.She has an eye for detail and is observant. Based on our discussions, she understood our tastes and needs. She planned the showings accordingly. We loved working with her and have already recommended her to our friends.
If you are looking for an agent, look no further. Vicky is awesome!
Our realtor Will Mackintosh was an absolute pleasure to work with. He and his team were available at a moments notice to help us find our dream property, and made themselves accessible at all hours for our many questions throughout the buying process. With his help, we were able to find the perfect house we had desired, and their recommendations for additional service providers ( lenders, inspections, etc.) were spot on, providing a huge convenience during this strenuous process. Thanks Will Mackintosh and the Bramlett realty team. You have earned a loyal client for life!
Couldn't be more thankful to have Eric Bramlett as my broker especially for my 1st ever home purchase! He was personally recommended to me by the builder I work for and as soon as I engaged him with interest he went to work. Being in the construction industry I was mindful of ideal locations to invest in and didn't need to bother with numbers. Eric though took the initiative to provide evaluations anyway which is one of the many examples of the sort of consideration he puts into working with you. My interest was mostly with affordable new construction which he provided options to weigh out. It is helpful he is interconnected and is able to provide personal feedback on developers he has worked with. It is also refreshing to have someone as invested as you are in your dwelling. Such a good experience and would certainly seek Eric Bramlett as my broker again when needed.
Eric is a fantastic real estate broker. He's extremely knowledgeable of the market, and very patient. Eric has been helping me with an Austin purchase for over two years now. I'm making the purchase from DC, so it can be stressful, especially in a fast market like Austin's. We had a property under contract about 6 months ago, but it didn't work out, as there were just too many items that came up on the inspection. The whole time, Eric was very supportive, and didn't pressure me to go through with the deal. Since I've been looking for so long, I've gotten to know the different neighborhoods in central and east Austin very well, and Eric was the primary reason why that's happened. The only downside to looking for so long is that the market changes, but Eric keeps me up to date with the market trends, so I always feel like I know what's going on. I really look forward to finally finding the right house, and I feel very fortunate to have Eric help me through the process. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help buying or selling a house in Austin.
another review for extraordinary services from Bailey! this time I got the opportunity to work very closely with Bailey Moran for my home purchase. We started looking at properties right in the midst of the crazy time (Jan-Mar, 2020) when home sale prices were record high at Austin. Though we missed out on some of the homes we liked, (even after offering more than the asking price) Bailey always reminded me to be patient. As soon as the COVID pandemic spread in April, Bailey was so quick to react; she shared her knowledge and her prior experiences on how the market would react. She advised me to wait for a month to fend off competition. We played the waiting game and finally bought our favorite home in the end of May, (right when the lock down ended) for less than the sellers asking price, saving grands that we would have lost overpaying. I'm proud to say that we timed it right and it was only possible due to Bailey's in-depth knowledge of the housing market, ability to smartly correlate events in the past with the present and advise decisively; again, like I mentioned before, she has the attitude to do the extra mile all the time, no sense of hesitancy whatsoever and always prompt. Glad I have a great real estate partner!
I contacted Eric to help find me a home in the central Austin area during a very hot housing market. Although the market was very competitive I trusted that Eric could help give me the edge on my competition because I knew he had a very good knowledge of the Austin market and that he had a reputation of working hard for his clients. Eric came through and got me get a great deal in the exact location I wanted. No small accomplishment in the red hot Austin market.
This was my first home purchase and he couldn't have been more helpful in explaining to me what was happening at every step. He couldn't have made this deal any easier for me. In fact I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process knowing Eric was on my side. Thanks again Eric. I wouldn't hesitate doing business with him in future.
I got introduced to Eric when he helped us find our rental apartment a couple years ago. And the experience was so pleasant, that when we were looking to buy a house, we went straight to him. And boy am I glad we did. As a first time home buyer it was important we had a realtor who was both knowledgeable and patient with the several questions we had. Eric gets high points on both. Plus he is not pushy. When we went under contract for a property where the seller was not willing to pay for the repairs, instead of pushing us to pay the extra few thousand for repairs, and be done with his job, Eric recommended that we continue searching for the right property!
Initially we had ruled out fixer uppers because of our inexperience. But Eric guided us through that process like the expert he is - I have learned a LOT from him. And its only because of his guidance, that we felt comfortable going ahead with a property that had everything we needed, except it needed a lot of work. He went above and beyond, by helping us make smart/cost effective renovation decisions to ensure we get our money's worth. And I still call him to get his advice - you can clearly see that he genuinely cares about it.
He is not afraid of answering specific questions you might have, and won't hide behind "Oh, that's a personal decision you need to make" or "I am not sure how much that would cost". He will tell you his opinion if you ask him nicely :) and that was a HUGE thing for us as first time buyers. The house we liked received 7 offers, and one of the reasons we got the house was because we had Eric on our side. Here is a direct quote from the listing agent's email informing Eric we got the house: "The seller has decided to go with your buyers because ..... we liked your professionalism in winning this contract for your buyers".
He is bloody good at what he does! Goes without saying that I will be looking to him for help with any future real estate transactions.
Just closed on a condo with Bailey at Bramlett Partners. The process was extremely smooth and simple, Bailey answered all my questions and was easy to work with. She also suggested a lender that worked great for what I needed. Everyone was very approachable and I'm very pleased with the home!
We relocated to Austin from the East Coast and were fortunate enough to have Eric referred to us as our realtor. From the initial stages of research into the area, to our final closing, Eric was absolutely perfect.
He has a tremendous amount of experience to draw from, and has an intimate and exhaustive knowledge of real estate trends from neighborhood to neighborhood, including building and finishing trends. He was able to help us consider changes for optimizing houses that were not quite right, and guided us at our own pace, constantly searching for other options for us throughout the process.
At every step, Eric was a wealth of information. He literally answered every question we had at every step of the way, and gave us pre-advice on potential pitfalls with our builder and mortgage company that saved us from any hiccups throughout the process.
Eric is just outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. We will certainly use him again when the time comes!
My wife and I moved to Austin recently because of work, and to be honest, we were anxious about navigating the highly competitive Austin real estate market. Eric was a godsend. He has incredible instincts and limitless industry knowledge, and with his guidance, we managed to buy an amazing home in a great neighborhood.
Eric was helpful, prompt, and efficient. From the daily emails full of tailored listings to the negotiations during close, Eric made the entire process easy and stress free. We cannot recommend a better real estate company in Austin. His whole team was professional and attentive. They will get you the home you want.
We found Eric through an internet search a few years ago when we were planning a move to Austin from out of state and we are so glad that we did! From the very beginning, Eric and his team were helpful and available for everything that we needed. We ended up purchasing two houses with the help of Eric and that was three years ago. During those three years, Eric has stayed in contact and helped us with any questions that we had (long after the sale was over) and offered assistance finding contractors, etc.
Three years later, we just sold one of our houses with the help of Eric and his team and it sold in two days! I cannot say enough good things about Eric and his team. They really do care and when you choose to work with them, you will feel like you have not only found a great realtor, but a friend as well.
If we ever need a realtor again in the future, our first call will be to Eric.
We worked with Tara McGuire and Bramlett on our house purchase in Austin. I would highly recommend Tara and the rest of the team to anyone looking for a home. They truly went above and beyond my expectations. We had one sale fall through because of a failed inspection and Tara went right back to work for us. We were given sound advice throughout the process and ended up with a house we love a lot more than the one we almost bought to begin with.
In both cases we dealt with difficult sellers and Bramlett did the tough work negotiating on our behalf to make sure we got the house we wanted at the fairest price. As someone who does sales for a living I must admit we were probably tough buyers to deal with as we really stuck to our guns on what we wanted and Tara and company made it happen.
The marker is hot in Austin and a good realtor should have their finger on the pulse. Plenty of real estate agents around who really don't know their stuff. This might be the biggest investment of your life and choosing the right agent is the beginning of making the best decision. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Choose Bramlett and let a real pro guide you through the process.
Eric and his team did a great job selling my home. Not only did he make the whole process easy he got even more money than I was asking. He always made sure he put my family and me first. The only thing I had to do was hire Eric and his staff after that they took care of everything.
We worked with Tara McGuire who has been by far the best realtor we've ever worked with. We recently moved to Austin and had zero idea of where we should buy. Tara was incredibly patient and organized putting together a list of pros and cons on where to live based on where my husband and I were working. She is comfortable with all budget levels and goes to bat to get you the best deal. We ended up deciding to go with a new build and she went above and beyond giving us decorating advice when we went to our design appointments as well as exterior and interior add on advice. She has been a critical part to the process throughout all of the ups and downs of building a home; getting involved when things didn't go the right way. We closed 2 weeks ago and she is still heavily involved giving us advice on where to go for all things house related. She has truly been a pleasure to work with and someone I can call a friend after such a long process.
