Ok, I don't really leave reviews... like ever, but Bailey did such a great job I feel like I need to say something. We were moving back to the US from out of country and were entirely new to the Austin area. We didn't know anyone here and honestly felt a little lost and upside down. Bailey was the first person we met and she gave us hope we'd meet some other great people here with her friendliness and professionalism. We were on a tight schedule to find a home before our 6 weeks of AirBnb's ran out. So, we needed something fast. Bailey listened to what we wanted/needed and found us the perfect house in an area we love in just a couple days. She did all the scheduling for us and made viewing the homes really easy. In the end, she found us a house that hadn't even hit the market yet (it was going to be listed the next day), but we liked it so much we put an offer in and snatched it up before anyone else could. Sorry y'all, we got to it first! :) After that we had a couple questions on all the closing docs we had to fill out (we owned our business) and she helped us with everything we needed to get us through the closing process. Great agent. Great experience. I would definitely recommend her and Bramlett to anyone.
Working with Bailey Moran was by far one of the highlights of our home buying experience. As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I knew that we needed a fantastic realtor who would help guide us through this journey, and we certainly hit the jackpot with Bailey. From our first intro phone call, Bailey put us at ease by answering all of our (many) questions, while also providing her expertise and giving us insight into what makes for a successful purchase in the highly competitive Austin housing market. Bailey was incredibly knowledgable about the areas we were interested in, and was always flexible with our schedules to ensure we were able to visit homes as soon as they hit the market. She was honest in her feedback when visiting homes, and at no point did I feel like I was being "sold" to (something that we had experienced previously with other realtors). When it came time to putting in an offer, Bailey went above and beyond to secure us our dream starter home, professionally managing all communications with a not-so-easy to deal with seller. Bailey Moran was our realtor for our home search. As first time homeowners, we felt overwhelmed at the start, but what we loved about Bailey is that she provided plenty of guidance and support without ever making us feel pressured or pushing us in one direction or another. At the outset, Bailey told us what to expect--giving us an overview of the whole process, her role, who else she'd bring in, and what we would need to do at any given stage. During the search, Bailey was always flexible and available for home viewings. She endured barrages of text messages from this anxiety-ridden homebuyer, and always responded kindly, patiently, and helpfully. Bailey provided guidance to us from which neighborhoods to focus on to what vendors we could use for some repairs we needed (all of whom were fantastic, by the way!). When there was an issue with the house that required repairs prior to closing, Bailey went by the house almost daily, and texted, called, and emailed with updates and pictures. In the end, the whole process felt much more effortless than I had expected, and we are so happy with our new home. If you want a genuine, empathetic, funny, and helpful realtor, Bailey's your lady. Working with this company and more specifically Bailey made what should have been a stressful process (first time house hunting and buying in a new city knowing no one) into such a great experience! From having coffee to get to know us to leading right up to closing, Bailey always had everything covered and communicated so well with us. I've worked with the Bramlett Real Estate firm three times -- once in ~2014 prior to a cross-country move. Bailey on their team helped to find a rental house that was perfect and had it all ready when I got to Austin. A couple years later I was ready to buy in Austin and reached out to Bailey again, who worked with me for a couple months until I found the perfect house -- it was a dream and the process was made super smooth by her professionalism and experience in the CATX market. Fast forward to 2019, and due to work and life obligations I've moved to the West Coast -- and I leaned on Bailey and her team (many people worked on it) to sell my house. They did the whole thing remotely while I was already on the West Coast, helped to clean and stage my house, took awesome photographs and prepared perfect documentation on the house -- and in the first week after putting the house on the market we had 2 offers and one over asking. Then the process was super smooth through closing, with their team using a task management system to help me stay on top of documentation and all my tasks and deadlines. Not once was I stressed about missing a deadline because I knew her team would follow up and had it all as ready as it could be for me. They just rocked it. Whether you're renting, buying, selling I'm 10000% confident in the Bramelett Residential team and as they say in some industries -- you don't have to trust me or this one review - trust their documented processes and history of success. We built a new house in Dripping Springs and Bailey Moran was fantastic! She guided us through the entire process and answered many questions for us. She handled all of the issues that came up with the builder and got them to work it to our favor. Bailey took the stress out of buying a home. Bailey Moran is amazing!!! She helped us find a rental when we were flying in for quick weekend trips to find a place to live as we relocated from out of state, helped us buy our home, and ultimately sell our home. Throughout each venture, she was always incredibly helpful, patient, available, and honest. I truly always felt that she had our best interest at heart, and I never felt rushed or like just another client. Bailey is an amazing realtor and I never once doubted her abilities. We used Bailey Moran for our home purchase in Austin, and couldn't be happier with our decision. We were coming from California and had no idea what area we wanted to live in when moving. Bailey helped walk us through each area virtually, sent us any listings that came available (many of which were before they hit the market), and always answered whenever we called. I just had a fantastic experience selling my house. Bailey Moran was my agent and she was just WONDERFUL. I think it's easy for a professional to be wonderful when everything goes as planned but it is far more telling how excellent they are when things go wrong. First of all, I am a first time home seller and was completely unfamiliar with the process. Bailey did much more than answering my questions, because I didn't even know what questions to ask. She provided such thorough information in our initial consult I felt like I had an excellent grasp on the process. She provided a stager...free of charge!...who came out and gave me a complete plan on what to do to prepare my house for showings. I followed their suggestions and the offers I got on my home were staggering...so much more than I had hoped. Here's where things went wrong and Bailey really showed what a fantastic agent does. My home went under contract right when we had a huge winter storm here in Texas. I'm a nurse and I ended up being stuck at my hospital four days straight. When I was finally able to get back home I found my pipes had burst and the house was flooded. I really couldn't imagine a worse thing to have happened. The floors, baseboards and all the doors had to be torn out. There were over 30,000 claims in Austin alone, so there was a huge wait for plumbers, contractors etc...and I was supposed to be closing in two weeks! Bailey worked magic with the buyers, their realtor and even the mitigation team that dried and repaired my house... she got them to create new contracts to transfer warranties to the new buyers, she checked in with me regularly to make sure *I* was doing okay, because she knew how stressed I was. She was so reassuring and...she just handled everything. She got the closing postponed and when I finally got the repairs completed the closing went off without a hitch. She made what should have been an incredibly stressful experience SOOOO much better! I feel incredibly lucky she was my agent. And did I mention the actual sales process was so easy and she got FAR FAR more for my house than I would have ever expected? I did, but it's worth repeating. My house was only on the market for one weekend. She is simply the best.

We were first home buyers and had little knowledge about the hunting process. One of our friends suggested Bailey Moran and we are so glad he did. Bailey was truly exceptional to work with. She explained us the process and answered all our questions patiently. She is really knowledgable about the area and helped us narrow down our neighborhood. We visited multiple houses and she would explain positives and negatives of each of the houses we visited. Eventually we settled on a new construction which took a total of 6 months to complete.Bailey was always available and responsive throughout and always made time for us. Bailey attended all our meetings with the builders and even helped choose our options to increase the our home. Our builder was a little difficult to work with but Bailey expertly followed up with them and made sure all the deliverables were met and we were happy. To sum it up I would say Bailey is the best. We would highly recommend Bailey and we look forward to working with her again.
