Tara McGuire was our realtor and she came very highly recommended by a good friend of ours. Best recommendation ever! Words cannot express our gratitude for the amazing representation Tara gave us in the purchase of our home. She went above and beyond so many times and made the process so smooth for us. First, she found us the perfect home in our perfect neighborhood that wasn't even on the market yet! She negotiated a great deal that was clear cut and got additional repairs completed by the seller that not all sellers would necessarily agree to. She also connected us with great lenders who really worked hard for us to make a complicated loan happen. She scheduled contractors and a designer to come into the home during escrow who gave us quotes on changes we wanted to make on the home so we knew where to budget our money. Not only that, but she connected us with a great professional organizer who helped with all the unpacking and organizing and made the process so efficient and pleasant. Her referrals have been great and so appreciated! Tara was outstanding! She was resourceful, patient, and thorough, from beginning to end. We honestly probably wouldn't be in this home and had such an amazing experience with the entire process without her! We cannot recommend her highly enough. We moved to Georgetown in July from out of state and had lots of questions about the region and the housing market. We were very impressed with Lauren Yoder. She was very knowledgeable and quick to answer or return phone calls. She guided us through the process seamlessly. As soon as we raised a question about any part of the process she explained or if anything needed made phone calls seeking clarification from others. Lauren helped us complete the purchase of our house while closing from over a 1000 miles away. She sent us video of the walk thru prior to closing, and made smooth a variety of issues. I would strongly recommend her to anyone selling or buying real estate.

My husband and I worked with Bailey on the purchase of our new home and had such a great experience! We have used Tara McGuire for buying a home twice and selling once and couldn't be happier. She has great knowledge of the market, the area, and the entire process and is always well supported by the office. During our first move to the area, Tara spent an entire week with my wife showing her quite literally 60-70 houses across all of Austin. With our last purchase, we looked at a curated by Tara list of 20 houses in 1 day that provided a great overview while also focusing in on our likes and tastes. When we decided on our house Tara dealt directly with the builder and made our move so much easier. We really couldn't recommend her enough and will not hesitate to use her again.
My husband and I both accepted jobs in Austin at the end of June to start in mid-July, relocating from Cincinnati. Vicki L Duran was a great pleasure to work with. I'm trying to make a move from one state to another and I have to say that Vicki was great helping us out to see our options. Vicki was very nice and professional and understanding. Willing to help and find our needs. Even though we are not ready to buy this instinct, she took the time to show us around and give us feedback to the areas. I'm sure we will be using her as soon as we can be able to finalize this long process of us making a move from one state to another. I highly recommend her. Kasey Gilliam was exceptional. Not only did she find the right home for me, but she went above and beyond in so doing. I am disabled and not able to do much, so she did so many things for me so that I could make it through this process (like driving me places, getting as much done online as possible, narrowing home choices, etc.). She explained things to me very well and was supportive every step of the way. She drove me to see homes and made sure they had the necessities for me and stores/medical/etc. close enough for me to get to. She was positive, understanding, encouraging, and caring. I would recommend her to everyone without reservation. She is awesome!

Bailey Moran was our realtor for our home search. As first time homeowners, we felt overwhelmed at the start, but what we loved about Bailey is that she provided plenty of guidance and support without ever making us feel pressured or pushing us in one direction or another. At the outset, Bailey told us what to expect--giving us an overview of the whole process, her role, who else she'd bring in, and what we would need to do at any given stage. During the search, Bailey was always flexible and available for home viewings. She endured barrages of text messages from this anxiety-ridden homebuyer, and always responded kindly, patiently, and helpfully. Bailey provided guidance to us from which neighborhoods to focus on to what vendors we could use for some repairs we needed (all of whom were fantastic, by the way!). When there was an issue with the house that required repairs prior to closing, Bailey went by the house almost daily, and texted, called, and emailed with updates and pictures. In the end, the whole process felt much more effortless than I had expected, and we are so happy with our new home. If you want a genuine, empathetic, funny, and helpful realtor, Bailey's your lady.
