Tara McGuire at Eric Bramlett was an absolute joy and easy to work with during our house hunt. Tara is professional, highly responsive, trustworthy, and there to answer our questions throughout the entire process. We were looking in Circle C and found our family home in Dripping Springs. Her knowledge of the market and insight on areas was vital in helping us make our decision. Tara met us at home for an initial meeting so we could outline our search. She listened to our needs and wants, and we had a plan when heading out to look at properties. Tara is on time, prepared, and proactive! As we looked at areas and properties Tara lended us her insight and pointed out details we would have otherwise missed. At closing Tara advocated for us and took her time making sure everything went smooth. We will definitely work with Tara in the future when ready to sell or buy, and highly recommend her.
We worked with Vicki Duran to find a house in the East Austin area. She was wonderful to work with, very thorough, professional, an affable individual, and went above and beyond with her time. Since we were purchasing a house remotely, she even went on her own to check out some properties we were not able to see while we were in Austin and gave us a thorough report back of what she thought of the houses in comparison to the style we were looking for. Kasey Gilliam did an amazing job of getting our family relocated to Austin from the east coast. She worked really hard and drove me all over Austin to look at houses during our search. She was always prepared and was sure to make the most of every hour since I was only in town for a couple days. Right from the start Kasey was so easy to talk to and she understood our situation perfectly. She has great knowledge of Austin and the real estate business and was always on top of everything. When my husband and I decided to move back to the Austin area we knew that we needed a great agent for making a purchase from so far away. We were very happy to have found Mia Roldan at Eric Bramlett Partners. Mia was always available for answering questions and took care of meeting with our inspector too...she even took a video of the house for us so we could see everything as if we were here. And, when our inspection paperwork became available, she was available to discuss and guide us with how to handle some of the concerns. Kristin Wellborn was awesome! We found a home we liked while on vacation. When we returned late on Sunday, we asked her to schedule a showing. She did a late evening showing with us THAT SAME DAY and then followed up on Monday morning at like 7am! She was super responsive at every step of the buying process, always reachable by phone, and willing to go the extra mile in explaining or negotiating with the selling agent. I would recommend her to friends and family any day, and plan to.
Kasey Gilliam with Bramlett Partners recently helped us with buying a new home in Central Austin- she was fantastic! Kasey is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and kind. We looked at a lot of homes and she always made herself available, was on time, did her homework, and had a great attitude. We had a hard time finding our dream home and even made offers on two other homes - Kasey did all of the work, and went above and beyond so many times for us. Kasey knows Austin neighborhoods well, has a ton of experience, and she was very caring toward us and our two small kids to ensure we found the right home. Kasey Gilliam was wonderful to work with. She is extremely responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and really knows what to look for when walking through a house. She got to know our house needs and wants, and she was always available to answer questions about schools, neighborhoods, contracts, and closing. We moved to Austin from out of town, and because of COVID, we ended up viewing several houses-- and eventually buying a home-- over FaceTime. Kasey did a great job showing the houses over FaceTime, pointing out details, giving us a feel for the house and the street, and highlighting the pro and cons of each house based on our personal needs. Buying a house with Kasey was a great experience and I would highly recommend working with her.
This was my first time buying a house and I have to say Jeff was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding my perfect home. Jeff was also very patient with me, who I’m sure drove him crazy with all my questions and concerns. Not only is he a wonderful realtor, but he is a wonderful person too. We would absolutely recommend Kristin and Bramlet Residential! Our home buying journey began in June of 2019, passively looking at homes in Austin but unsure of how serious we were. We had just moved from Boston, MA and were still getting settled in Austin, but had a feeling this was where we wanted to lay down roots. As we inquired about a home we received a reply immediately from Kristin. From there, we had our initial meeting, explained to Kristin the area and types of homes that were appealing to us. Kristin listened, took our feedback, gave us some great insights on the market, housing styles and locations and showed us three different styles of homes to get our reaction to each one (very insightful!). Unfortunately, since we were in Austin for less than a year, we decided to give ourselves a bit more time. Through the course of the next year Kristin would check in from time to time to see how we were doing. Many realtors would identify that we were not motivated and move on. But not Kristin! She was patient and responsive no matter what. Fast forward to July of 2020. Now just over a year and a half in Austin and we knew this was the place we wanted to be. Once again Kristin was responsive and ready to meet us right away to start looking at homes! We toured multiple houses and she was able to answer any and all questions. Each time she was professional, fully prepared and easy to talk to! When we found our home, she helped us with the offer terms and gave us great coaching throughout the process. Unfortunately, some things fell through and we decided to not move forward. While many realtors may be frustrated with the back and forth, Kristin went above and beyond through the entire process while maintaining a great attitude. Then finally, after much searching, we found the house that we can now call OUR Home! Kristin once again coached us through everything, and was there every step of the way until closing.
