Austin Pitts was absolutely great to work with! He came recommended from another realtor in Dallas, and did not disappoint. His style is very laid back, and not pushy at all. He really cares about his clients and finding exactly what they want/what fits their needs. It's clear he knows the area well, and was knowledgeable on all the questions we asked. When it came to making offers, he was spot on for what would get accepted and where the house would actually trade at. Then, when it came to negotiation and expressing our concerns, he was strategic with communication to the seller's realtor and was able to help us secure the right deal. I would highly recommend working with Austin, and definitely will be for any of our future needs.
We just closed on our first house after working with Bailey Moran at Eric Bramlett Partners, and can not recommend her enough! The current Austin market is crazy, and we were so thankful for Bailey's insight and expertise throughout the process. We were moving from out of state, and she spent a lot of time in the beginning getting to know us and our interests and expectations, which was really helpful as she was providing direction. She took an entire day driving us all over Austin through different towns and neighborhoods, even as the infamous snow storm was rolling in. She also spent multiple days over several weekends looking at houses and taking videos for us. She was impartial as she toured the houses so that we could generate our own opinions, but also answered our questions honestly when we had uncertainties about one thing or another. We were also constantly impressed by her knowledge of the market in different neighborhoods, with the offers coming in at 10, 20, and up to 30% above asking price. She has clearly done her research (and keeps up with the ever-changing data and trends) and will always go the extra step to answer all of your questions. As first time homebuyers, this was extremely important and helped narrow down our search. We are so lucky to have found the perfect house for us, in the area that we wanted, and really don't think we could have done it without all of Bailey's help and guidance. We started working with Kasey about a year ago - and signed up to both buy a new home and sell our existing home. I have to say, it was an absolute stroke of good luck since we randomly picked her from Google's search results. Kasey turned out to be fantastic to work with. She helped us maximize the price we got for selling - and the house sold within just a few days of listing. She was also very responsive. My wife commented multiple times on how easy it was to reach her and how helpful she was in general. At the end of the day, the sale went down without a hitch - and we ended up getting significantly more than we were originally planning. Linda Baddour is the best real estate agent we could ask for! Especially in this crazy Austin seller's real estate market in the Lakeway/Bee Caves/Dripping Springs area, where homes were going for way over listing price quickly for multiple offers, we needed a responsive, savvy, expert in real estate and Linda pulled out all the stops for us. She was super responsive even within a couple minutes of an email or text request and consistently went above and beyond getting us comps, hoa docs, and home info beyond what could be found on the MLS we could see. She saved us a ton of time avoiding homes with lease backs or condos masquerading as homes that we didn't want. She helped us write strong offers and got them submitted quickly so we were able to win an offer after a couple of weeks and tries and close on a home! Kasey has been working with us for a long time now waiting for us to be ready to pull the trigger on that perfect house. Craig McGuire has been exceptional throughout our home buying journey. The whole process was such a mystery to us initially but everything seemed to effortlessly fall into place with the help and guidance that Craig provided. Vicki Duran is hands down the best agent we could have asked for! My husband and I recently closed on our first house, in North Austin, and in the current market the process was even more of an emotional rollercoaster than usual. Vicki came highly recommended from friends and I would say that their glowing reviews did not even do her justice. She truly makes you feel as though you are her top priority, even though she juggles a number of clients, and even though we were new to the process and had a lot of very "newbie" questions. She's savvy and experienced and creative--all major plusses in this intimidating market.
