We had Linda representing us in our recent home purchase. We are first time buyers and Linda was very helpful. She was patient, professional and quickly understood what we are looking for. We always felt like she is on our side and looking out for us. She did a great job in setting up our many viewings and accommodating our schedule. Linda was great when it came to negotiating the contracts. In the few times that Linda was unable to make it, she made sure we had someone else from the firm to assist. It is important to have an experienced agent who knows the area. I would highly recommend Linda or Rachelle. Both were great to work with. I have no complaints. Everything went very well and we are very happy with the result.
Our agent Lauren Yoder was simply put incredible for us. She went above and beyond for us to help me and my partner find a home in our price range and desired location. The housing market in Austin has been insane in recent times, and we were starting to lose hope on finding a house at all in the near future. However Lauren never lost sight of the goal, and whether it be calling us in her off time to scheduling house tours on weekends, Lauren did everything she possibly could do to help us win bids and close. Lauren was also fantastic as a teacher to us in regards to homes. As first time buyers she really helped explain things we had no clue about. From learning about the different kinds of HVAC systems and water heaters to how certain cracks in ceilings indicate foundation damage to always checking for gutters, Lauren never left us uninformed about anything we needed to know about owning a home. We will definitely be keeping in touch with her in the future for any questions or advice we have with our new home! My husband and I highly recommend working with Craig McGuire at Bramlett Partners. We were lucky enough to find Craig to help with the purchase of our first home and he was fantastic to work with. The Austin market was really tough but Craig was there every step of the way. He made sure we were able to get in and see every house we liked at a time that worked well for our schedules. He had answers to every question and as first time home buyers, we had a lot! He was honest, encouraging and patient. Craig is great at building relationships which is key in various ways, but to name a few-you feel like you’re talking to a trusted friend when you’re evaluating a home or making decisions on an offer. He listens and respects what you want while providing great advice. He has so much knowledge of the market and houses in general and genuinly wants to make sure his clients are happy. Additionally, his relationship making provided us great contacts for other home necessities including options for lenders. As transplants in Austin, those contacts were enormously helpful. Joe Gage helped me purchase my first home in Austin. I was a remote buyer, and Joe went above and beyond in doing detailed video showings and arranging home inspections to make sure that the builder did everything right in building my home. Trey Blanco was fantastic to work with. We started our home buying journey in late February when we first reached out. Things got pretty serious only a few weeks later when we started making offers on homes. The first home we went to see had 5 separate parties waiting outside for the open house when we pulled up (it ended up having 28 offers when it eventually sold). Trey helped us to navigate this crazy market (which is even crazier as a non-cash buyer) until we found our new home! Trey is very prompt in his communications and very knowledgeable about the home buying process and the Austin market. He coached me through every step of the way (which, as a first-time buyer was absolutely essential).Did I mention Trey has an awesome personality? He's funny, caring, and honest.
