My realtor, Lauren Yoder, came with some excellent recommendations from friends who've bought property in Austin, and I'm pleased to say that she lived up to the hype. Lauren made the home-buying experience smooth, simple, and straightforward; everything went off without a hitch and I ended up in the perfect home for me. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
I've just bought my second property with Bailey in 3 years and hope for more to come! She has great local knowledge, deep expertise and is very detailed and thorough. I'd highly recommend her!
I have lived in Austin most of my life, and finally scraped together the pennies to purchase my first home. Being very frugal with my money, I spoke with a handful of real estate agents, many who were noticeably eager to "earn my business." Joe Gage stood out from the crowd with his calm demeanor and absolute priority on understanding my goals. My second concern once moving forward, was having a either a "salesman realtor", one who is more interested in making the sale or alternatively the "lethargic realtor", one that doesn't follow through after you take the initial steps with them. These are the things you can only learn about your realtor as you spend time searching for a home and visiting them. I can say without a doubt, Joe was neither of these things. Joe helped bring my dreams into a reality. He was with me every step of the way, and made sure that we were looking at properties that matched my long list of criteria. If you are looking for a home in the Austin Area, give Joe Gage a ring and at least consider him along with the other agents you have talked to. If nothing else, talk to him so you can set a good benchmark for the "gold standard" in real estate purchasing. But I will say that I would be surprised if you can find a better agent that has his level of experience and expertise in the Austin market.
I worked with Joe Gage of Crossland Properties to buy an investment property in Austin. The circumstances were extra challenging because I live in the UK and I was buying the property in my self directed IRA. Joe was patient, reliable and communicative in walking through all the specific requirements and constraints. I would highly recommend Joe for any real estate needs you may have. He is honest and straightforward and always keeps his clients needs as his priority. He also found a reliable property manager to manage the property!
I am from out of town and it's really important to find someone who has extensive knowledge in rental properties in the Austin area. I am really glad to have Joe Gage as my agent. He was very thorough in finding the type of properties that I was looking for. He was very professional and helpful in the whole process. I bought the single family home in 2014 which turned out to be a great investment. I would highly recommend Joe if you are looking for a realtor.
Linda Baddour goes above and beyond in representing my wife and I during our home building process. She came to every walk through and inspection that I asked to her to go to and was even available while I myself was not able to attend. What I loved most about Linda's professionalism was the type of questions she would ask our builder in person and via email. Questions I didn't even think to ask myself. It felt like I had an attorney on my side fighting for me while she was there haha. Thank you so much Linda for the great assistance during the past 11 months of the home building process. Shyah and I love our new home!
We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Bramlett Partners, and our realtor Ann Nye. Ann helped us purchase a house in the very competitive South Austin market remotely (from across the country). We could not have done it without Ann. Ann listened to what we were looking for and was willing to put in the time to help us find the "right home". She provided us multiple videos and FaceTime walk-through of properties, and helped us navigate unique Austin issues like impervious cover restrictions. She provided invaluable suggestions, acted quickly, and always made us feel like finding our house was a priority. She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home, and was instrumental in ensuring a smooth closing (as well as helping us inspect the property before closing, get cleaning people in the house...) Ann is the best realtor we have ever worked with, and we highly recommend her services if you are looking to buy in Austin.
I had a great experience with Bramlett Partners. This is my second remote purchase with them. I worked with Vicki Duran again and she was exceptional as always. Incredibly on top of her email and crucial follows ups during the home buying process. She goes above and beyond when it comes to time sensitive communications during the initial stages of closing. Also, as a remote buyer, she was helpful in touring places and showing them to me via video calling. Overall I highly recommend working with Vicki and Bramlett Partners if you're purchasing in Austin.
My family’s realtor, Linda Baddour of Bramlett Partners, helped us navigate through the notoriously tricky world of Austin real estate when we bought our first house. Linda took the time to understand what we value in a house when we were exploring the market, and showed us how to evaluate important maintenance considerations between older homes and newer homes. She was also knowledgeable about how to negotiate a great deal with the sellers when it came time to purchase (our offer won thanks to better terms that Linda suggested). I highly recommend her services to anyone who is interested in buying real estate in Austin - you are in great hands!
Ann Nye came highly recommended to us by a good friend who also used her to purchase a house in Austin and stuck with us for over a year during our transition from CA to TX. There are not enough good things to say about Ann without writing a novel. She is responsive, honest, proactive, has a great pulse on the market, has contacts high and low and is more of a friend helping you buy a house than one of "those" realtors. While looking at houses, she always encouraged us to share our thoughts on what we liked and didn't like and made a lot of great outside of the box ideas to give us all the fair perspectives on the houses we looked at. When we finally chose the house we wanted to purchase, she patiently walked us extremely green home buyers through the entire process down to the documentation minutiae from start to finish at all times of day any day of the week. We cannot recommend her enough and we ended up recommending her to our parents and she also helped them find a house close to ours! She brought our whole family together in one fell swoop and we could not thank her enough for all she has done for us.
This is my second transaction working with Tara McGuire of Bramlett Realty, and she has been a consistent pillar of guidance for us during a crazy market in the Austin area. Our first was moving from out of state pre-Covid and then once we settled in and we decided to make a second move, in an even more challenging market during the pandemic, Tara was there as our community expert with whatever we needed. It is often so much more than buying a house, (which she is an expert at) but is able to refer any number of resources to help get things fixed and/or serviced- even has the best local jaunts to recommend as newbies to area. Tara has become our go-to for a lot. She demonstrates the patience, diligence, thoroughness, and the leadership we appreciate in a real estate professional and would not use anyone else!
Joe Gage is great to work with! He is very experienced, responsive and trustworthy. He represented my interests throughout the entire process from bidding to closing. He is also very knowledgeable on the Austin metro real estate market and keep me informed with his monthly email updates.
I was looking to buy a property in Austin area and was not sure where to start. One of my friends referred Joseph Gage from Bramlett Partners. Joe has been very kind, honest, patient, and helpful in educating me on the Austin real estate market and narrowing down a few potential areas to look for properties. He then guided on identifying appropriate properties and estimating the right amount to put on offers. After writing a few offers we finally were able successfully purchase a property. Joe provided very good referrals for financing and property management as well. I ended up using all the referrals from Joe and rented out the property in a short time. Joe made the whole process smooth and made me very comfortable purchasing the property remotely. I would highly recommend Joe Gage.
Eric was excellent representing us as Buyers. He was very helpful locating markets that fit our budget, and invested a lot of his time showing us multiple properties. Great communication and response time(s) always spot on. His attention to detail when writing the contract is what elevated our offer to the top. When we attended an open house on Halloween he sacrificed his afternoon/evening to put in our offer, ultimately getting us a great house in Buda! I would definately recommend Eric to my friends and family. He was always there for us every step of the way. Any future transactions of ours will be handled by his proffesional service.
Bailey was super knowledgeable and her expertise helped a lot in our screening/finalizing process of the property, She was guiding us to the right part and told us about all the advantages and disadvantages of the property which we where working with her for finalizing. Her nature of suggesting what the right value of the property in the city and what can be offered was the input which helped our family a lot on taking decision. She is very quick on the documents thinks over the clauses which we have to take care. I would highly recommend her for the property purchase.
My wife and I were very fortunate to have Linda Baddour helping us purchase our first home. We were not the easiest clients but she always answered all of our questions and helped us understand the process. She was extremely patient with us and our two year old son who was not always in the mood to see houses. Linda showed us what to watch out for when buying a house and often discovered issues that we overlooked. We could not be happier with our new home. We would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking for a great agent in the Austin and surrounding areas.
Craig McGuire went above and beyond for us when we started looking for our first home last December. Craig was very flexible with our schedules and was able to meet up with us when we needed him. We signed our contract with KB homes in January. Even though our house didn't break ground until June, Craig checked in with us to see if we had any questions. Communication was phenomenal. He answered all our questions and was there for us every step of the way. Craig was very knowledgeable, patient, and very honest during the whole process. Craig really cares about his clients and we would highly recommend working with him when it comes to buying a house in the Austin area.
If you're looking for a home in Austin, Texas - I would happily recommend working with Kasey Gilliam from Bramlett Partners. Kasey was highly efficient and effective while being friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of the area, market and home-buying process. Once we found the home we loved, she expertly guided us through the offer and negotiation process and we couldn't have closed in record time, without her help - thank you Kasey!
Much like what seemed like the rest of the greater Austin area, my husband and I started looking to purchase a new home at the beginning of January 2021. After spending a year in lockdown in a windowless, run-down apartment, we were determined to take the leap and finally get our own space. We didn't have any real idea of how this process worked but we did have a little bit of money and some friends who had just completed the home-buying experience. Upon asking them for tips and advice, they couldn't stop beaming about the realtor they worked alongside and provided us with Lauren's contact information. What followed was a year-long's journey navigating an incredibly overwhelming Austin market during a pandemic and with a supply-chain shortage of labor, lumber, lights, and literally everything else. We started optimistically and while Lauren matched and often exceeded our optimism, she also brought a healthy dose of grounded realism to the experience and always provided options. Here's the thing about Lauren: she is incredibly passionate about the industry in which she works and her knowledge is astounding. My husband and I both trusted her advice and guidance almost immediately after being wildly impressed with our first phone call. Further, she is just an absolute joy of a person and someone with whom we found easy to speak honestly. Lauren knows her stuff and tosses out stats, facts, and homeowner tips so casually and frequently it's impressive. Throughout the entire experience, we felt supported and genuinely cared for. I could continue praising Lauren's professionalism and knowledgeability for days so I'm going to highlight one more aspect of the entire experience in which Lauren was absolutely exceptional: communication. For a full year - Lauren was in constant communication with guidance, metrics, and updates. Having her copied on all of our emails with the builder really made me feel confident that we were going to get the best product possible. Lauren advocated for us in every way and we will be forever grateful that she helped us land a gorgeous new home. More-so, as she's made herself available, I'm excited to continue to have her guidance and friendship as we grow into our home. 10 out of 10. Would recommend highly!
I worked with Jeremy Vandermause. He was great! He was very available and flexible. Over a couple months we ended up submitting 20+ offers and viewing tons of properties, often with last-minute notice. In the end he found a FSBO property that he connect me with. I never could have found it without all his help and work.
