Danny's communication, availability, and the ability to come up with active solutions is second to none. Danny was extremely helpful in countless situations; whether it was educating us on the buying process, the market, how contracts work, and everything in between (we were first time home buyers so we had A LOT of questions), Danny was always there to explain things to us in a way that made sense - even when we asked the same question multiple times. :) He never made us feel like he was just trying to get us to buy anything and wasn't afraid to give his opinion on homes when we asked for his advice based on what he had learned about our likes/dislikes and wants vs. needs. Oh, and let's not forget Danny had to deal with the difficult seller after his agent refused to answer his or Danny's calls at the end of the process. Shame on her indeed...but that didn't phase Danny. I mean, the guy drove to the comptrollers office at 8am in the morning to update the seller's LLC with little to no help from the other side. If that doesn't speak to his professionalism, dedication, empathy, and loyalty I don't know what does.

Ruth helped us to view many houses and (over months) to make multiple offers in a really, really tough market for buyers. Our low bids were our own fault! Ruth's guesses are always spot on. We finally had a bid accepted last month, and Ruth helped us re-negotiate after significant problems were discovered. Ruth has gone above and beyond for us, giving us far more time during this long search than we could reasonably have expected. She even helped us look for a rental when we'd basically given up. Her advice has always been immensely valuable and brutally honest. She is the most knowledgeable agent I've met on the Central Austin market. Buying a house is scary... There I said it. Buying your FIRST house can be down right mortifying, especially when in your 40's like myself. It's important that you find the right real estate agent to help make the process less scary. I hold personal recommendations in very high regard, especially from friends. My good friend Joe recommended Eric Bramlett since he had helped him both buy and sell a house. Eric took us out on our first run and then handed us off to Bailey to help us on our quest to buy our FIRST house and of all markets Austin TX which is NUTS. I was a little apprehensive at first since Bailey was young but after our first outing she pretty much put those fears to rest. Bramlett Partners helped me and my family find a perfect home and keep a deal together with a difficult seller and lender that delayed my closing. Since we were relocating to Austin, I was looking for a broker that would be more responsive and give us a better level of customer service. Eric and his team exceeded our expectations. He responded quickly to all our requests, and worked with us and our unique requirements (over a 6-8 month period) even though we were unsure about what we wanted at the outset. We are relocating from Iowa to Austin. We have had a chance to work with Eric and Bailey. We were initially planning on buying a house and I was impressed by Eric's flexible mind set and no pressure approach. We decided to rent instead and we were helped in an outstanding way. Eric was busy so Bailey ended up showing us around on a weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Even though we were in the capable hands of Bailey, Eric was constantly in touch with Bailey and us. It was like we had a two person team with us. Bailey went out of her way to help us with the logistics, paperwork, negotiations and contract review. There has been immediate communication and we left with the feeling that we were the only clients that these two fine people had. We were never second in line. Bailey was more than helpful and a pleasure to work with. She stuck with me for awhile and through several offers and getting outbid. Finding a home at a certain price point in a very competitive market like Austin can be very difficult and frustrating In general but Bailey made the experience great. I MUST shout to the world that this is the BEST REAL ESTATE company to ever go through. I thought that selling my house would be stressful but Bailey Moran from Bramlett Partners made it literally SO easy that I never had to lift a finger or even think about what the next step was.
