Getting into the market: I purchased a house with Lindsey in January 2022. The process began a year prior when I first discussed getting into the housing market. From the beginning, Lindsey listened to my preferences, gave me market insights, sent me potential listings, and checked in with me from time to time to see how I was doing. Actively looking for a house: When I finally got around to purchasing, there was no delay in getting showings scheduled. Lindsey always arrived on time, was quick to respond to any requests or questions I had, and provided excellent service with enthusiastic delivery. Putting in the offer: When we got around to submitting an offer, Lindsey was extremely attentive to any potential gotchas or odd details in the contract. She negotiated the contract and regularly checked in with the seller to ensure all parties were satisfied. Under contract: From putting in earnest money, speaking with the title company, ensuring all necessary documents were given to the lender, and everything in between, Lindsey was on top of every thread to guarantee no problems would persist. Signing day: Lindsey was there to guide me through the documents and do a final walkthrough. And beyond: I had an issue with a faulty thermostat and Lindsey and her team replaced it for free! What exemplary service that is beyond what I could have ever expected.

I have purchased and sold several homes with various real estate agents but my experience recently with Linda Baddour has been the best so far – beginning, middle, end, and beyond! My situation was complicated as I was navigating an out-of-state sale -- with untimely repairs needed -- to complete a 1031 Exchange into Texas. Linda’s awareness of the process and her relationships with the builder/seller kept everything moving; even when we thought the deal may not happen. Julie is great to work with through the real estate process from helping us try to find temporary housing through purchasing a home in Leander. She is very thorough and helps guide the buyer through the process especially for us being new to Texas, which is different than other states we have owned homes in, but somewhat similar to Ventura County, CA. Kasey Gilliam and Kim Jowers were the agents we worked with in purchasing our home in Austin. They are very knowledgeable and couldn't ask for anyone better. We actually met with Kasey last year when we were not sure about purchasing, but Kasey was of great help and gave us great advice to visit the neighborhoods we are interested in so that we get a sense of how the neighborhood feels instead of just looking at pictures of the house online. We did not purchase at the time, but come this year, our move was finalized and jumped on a call with the team and voila, we now own a home in Austin we are going to move into in 48 hours.
