Molly Parks is justly extraordinary! I was impressed with her knowledge of the Austin housing market. Molly was responsive whenever I wanted to see a property. She did an incredible job with all the information gathering for each property that I wanted to tour, and steered me in the best direction when it was time to make an offer. Molly was really straightforward about the pros and cons and strategy when I made offers on each property. It was a hot housing market in the Austin arena and Molly handled the stress of it effortlessly. Me, on the other hand…I was a basket case and was blessed to have Molly to hold my hand. She even put me in touch with an amazing mortgage team and the closing went seamlessly. It was a pleasure working with Molly and I would love to work with her again when I am ready to sell.

Additionally, she was even able to negotiate the price down a little bit on both properties to get them below asking, which is no easy task in the competitive Austin real-estate market. While being professional, she is also relaxed and upbeat and creates a no pressure environment with her clients.
