I don't even know where to begin with this recommendation. Tracey is an absolute GEM of an agent. I found her through another listing she had in the Homestead area of Bee Cave. I was in the beginning stages of relocating from California to the Austin area and didn't even know what to do, where to begin and who to work with. Tracey not only has the extensive knowledge of the Austin area, but she knows what it takes to relocate from our of state. This was invaluable to my family. She generously took a weekend of her time to accommodate multiple showings in the Bee Cave area. We didn't find "the dream home" that visit but Tracey kept in touch with us the entire time of selling our home in California. And not in a "I want your business" type of way; she was genuinely a friend reaching out and keeping us in loop on the market in Bee Cave. When the stars finally aligned, our house sold in CA and the perfect home popped up on the market in Dripping Springs, she basically dropped everything to assist in a super quick inspection and close. Being in CA during this entire process, she totally stepped in to help with EVERYTHING on our behalf. I can't say enough about her and I hope that you choose Tracey to help with your real estate needs. I am thrilled that being new to the area I already have a friend in Tracey!

I have been involved in many residential real estate transactions and Tracey is by far the most experienced, knowledgeable, and personable realtors my wife and I have ever worked with. Tracey knows the local area, provides tips on how to present your home when selling, and is a very skilled negotiator. Annette is amazing! She helped sell our home in North Loop, and we had an offer within the first week. Without her, we would have priced our home too low. I bought a house in Cedar Park and it was really cool to have her on my side. She just jumped and help me getting approved on my loan over the weekend, she contacted me the loan officer and helped me getting all the information and approved over the weekend to avoid loosing the house. it was really cool. I even got a refund later from the company she works for, because they couldn't reduce the price and I didn't even know about it. so she is honest and hard working. She made some recommendations about homestead that I didn't know and she guide me through the process. I recommend using her service 100%.

Great realtor, even better client advocate. Sarah did everything she said she would. She got us the exact house we wanted, under asking (yes even in this crazy market), and closed on time with great financing. She was there the whole time. Kept us in the loop almost daily and negotiated on our behalf until we got exactly what we wanted. Fast forward 6 months and we couldn't be happier. Don't hesitate. Call Sarah. You won't regret it.

Laura is an exceptionally gifted realtor. She is perceptive, courteous, thoughtful, and knows Austin and the surrounding area exceptionally well. I have personally worked with Laura twice now and professionally she helped my church find a property that is absolutely perfect for us. Teri went above & beyond the call of duty to make my home sale a great experience. She wrote an awesome unique summary of my property (on zillow, realtor.com, MLS & other sites) that I believe set the tone for how buyers (& other realtors) viewed the property. I contacted Yolanda Johnson on behalf of my parents, who were on the hunt for a comfy home they could spend their retirement years in.
