I am a first time home buyer in Austin. Danny De Luna was my realtor (ask for him if possible) and I started working with him in August with a proposed timeline of February/March to find something. I would send him Zillow links daily via email on houses of interest, and he gave me immediate feedback on what to look for and red/green flags. We eventually started looking at houses in October together, and he will tell it to you straight in these home walkthroughs. Trust is everything, and I felt like Danny treated each house from an unbiased perspective.

I had the good fortune of meeting Ruth twenty-one years ago when she was my agent and I bought my first house. Her knowledge of Austin communities and surrounding areas was so helpful. Since then, she has been our realtor as we have bought and sold 4 houses. She has also helped us lease one of these houses for over 15 years. April was the best!!! When we first spoke I told her that I had a few houses I wanted to look at in the Austin area and she built out a schedule for the day for us to see them all. I then ended up falling in love with one of the homes which would end up being my first house! Being from NC the process to buy a home is very different and April walked me through the process in detail and was there to answer any questions that I had… which were a lot! I was very thankful to have April as my realtor and able to find me my first home which I’m in love with! If you’re looking and want to be taking care of you need to work with April!
This was our first time selling a home and Tyson was incredibly patient with every single question we had about how things were done. Trust me, we had A LOT of questions. He gave us sound input and information to make educated decisions, but at the end of the day it was just that: OUR DECISION. Tyson let us make the calls on pricing, price-cuts, staging, etc. I can't speak highly enough about Tyson. As friendly as he is, he lived up to his promise of being "a bulldog in negotiations"! He did not accept anything less than what he would've accepted for his own home. I truly believe that. There were several times he told agents and unrepresented buyers alike "no" and that their offers were unrealistic or "no, my clients will not entertain that". Loved it!
We jumped into the home buying process faster than we expected when the interest rates started to climb and the housing market shifted. April quickly setup viewings and coordinated with us. In the negotiation for the new home, April contacted the seller's agent and any inspector services needed along the way. She also coordinated with our lender. We closed just 4 weeks after we started looking, and with April the process was simple and efficient. We will absolutely go with April in the future, and we recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
Kasey Gilliam did a fantastic job of showing us around Austin and helping us select the right apartment to call home. April was great, she made herself on a Sunday for a viewing and anytime of the day when we had any questions. As first time homeowners, she really helped make the buying process easier than expected. We felt she really wanted to help us get the home we really wanted and we did! She made sure we did everything we needed to get done on our end.
Prior to listing my house I was carefully guided on preparing the house to show at its best. We received immediate calls on the listing and sold the house in 2 days. Closing was a breeze. The experience could not have been better.

My experience with Tracey was great! I needed an agent that would put my needs ahead of her own, and that is what I got with Tracey. The process was long and arduous (twelve months), with a significant and unwelcome hiccup involving a septic system. Through it all, Tracey never lost the faith, and never pressured me to lower the price for a faster sale. She gave me good advice, but was never overbearing or patronizing, though I have very little experience with real estate and surely tried her patience at times. She always listened to my ideas and provided honest feedback in her pleasant but no-nonsense manner. I would highly recommend her.
Ah, where to begin other than this is your gal if you are looking for a dependable, on the ball, superb with communication and very knowledgeable agent. My family and I just relocated to the Austin from, you guessed it, California, and started this process back in late February. Tracey had her work cut out for her because we had a pretty specific checklist and neighborhoods that we were interested in... Let me back up, when I first started I knew nothing about the Austin area and from the very start she took her time to show me around, and shared her extensive knowledge about all the different pockets surrounding Austin. In spite of being in another state during this process, she made it as painless as it could have been, and even skyped listings she previewed for us. She even saved us from buying a money pit which turned up all sorts of problems during the inspection and as per her advice, we backed out of the deal. At the time we were devastated, but as she kept reminding us, everything happens out for a reason. We know this was absolutely the right decision and we are so thankful for her willingness to give us her honest opinion which didn't make her job any easier. I should also mention that we knew nothing about propane and septic systems so she guided us through all of that fun stuff, too. Tracey Guttes is an A+++ agent.

I had another realtor, a friend, who over a year showed my home 4 or 5 times, two of which she sent another realtor to preside over. When her contract was up, I decided to go another direction. Tracey Guttes lives in my neighborhood and, in the first month, had approximately 10 showings, hosted a neighborhood party there (which generated substantial interest), and was able to bring to the decision-making process so much more information about sales in the area, enabling us to place a "sellable" figure on my home, not a "give-away" figure. I'm happy to say I closed on my house last week. Tracey is bright, resourceful, and incredibly responsive, a very nice person, and a wonderful realtor. I don't think you can do better.

I don't even know where to begin with this recommendation. Tracey is an absolute GEM of an agent. I found her through another listing she had in the Homestead area of Bee Cave. I was in the beginning stages of relocating from California to the Austin area and didn't even know what to do, where to begin and who to work with. Tracey not only has the extensive knowledge of the Austin area, but she knows what it takes to relocate from our of state. This was invaluable to my family. She generously took a weekend of her time to accommodate multiple showings in the Bee Cave area. We didn't find "the dream home" that visit but Tracey kept in touch with us the entire time of selling our home in California. And not in a "I want your business" type of way; she was genuinely a friend reaching out and keeping us in loop on the market in Bee Cave. When the stars finally aligned, our house sold in CA and the perfect home popped up on the market in Dripping Springs, she basically dropped everything to assist in a super quick inspection and close. Being in CA during this entire process, she totally stepped in to help with EVERYTHING on our behalf. Anna Uliassi is one of the best in the business. Her experience, professionalism and knowledge were invaluable.
