Joanna is absolutely fabulous, by far the most attentive, efficient, concerned and patient realtor that ever wielded a cell phone. She not only helped us find the perfect house, but exhibited a library of helpful knowledge throughout the process--and afterward, generously sharing some great remodeling ideas (when prompted) and much needed contracting advice long after the signatures were dry. She's is a master of the negotiation, an ideal representative of her industry, and a natural wonder of inexhaustible energy. If you want to be sure your interests are being managed comprehensively and well, look no further. She's awesome.

Joanna Jennings has been a godsend to our family when it comes to buying and managing property. A friend first recommended Joanna to us in 2010 when we were looking for someone to lease out our house and manage it while we were away from Austin for a year. Joanna found us wonderful tenants and handled everything connected with the rental of the house, always with the absolute highest level of care, responsiveness, and friendly professionalism.
In 2012, we turned to Joanna again to help us find a suitable property to buy in Austin as a rental. She helped us find the perfect place, new construction that was close to completion. With her background in home construction, Joanna gave us excellent advice on changes to the finish-out details that we then negotiated with the builder. She even helped us design the water-conserving xeriscaped landscaping in the front yard of the property.
Joanna was always there for us throughout all the stages of the process of buying a new rental condo unit. On top of that, she found a family of wonderful tenants who were ready to move in within days of the closing. Because of Joanna's attention to detail in helping us find the right property and the right tenants, we were able to take over the management of the rental ourselves for the first two years, calling on Joanna as backup when we were traveling.
When my time commitments increased and our first tenants bought their own home in 2014 and gave notice, Joanna once again picked up as property manager. Joanna found excellent help to take care of the make-ready touch up after our first tenants moved out and had new tenants lined up to move in within a very short window. This rental property has been a great investment thanks to Joanna's advice, dedicated work, and wonderful energy. I can't speak highly enough of Joanna. She is someone we trust enormously. She lives in our neighborhood. We see her regularly and feel like she is extended family for us. Thank you, Joanna!

My wife and I were referred to Joanna from a previous client, and we had no idea what we had been missing out on. Joanna is an excellent resource for all things related to purchasing or selling a home. She has LOCAL knowledge of our school systems and neighborhoods in the greater Austin area. Not only is she a fantastic realtor, but she has vast experience in lending and new construction. She stayed one step ahead of our builder/lender throughout the process to ensure a timely and smooth closing. We will absolutely use her services in the future.

5 Stars! I cannot say enough nice things about Joanna Jennings. When I met her I was at the point of being fed up with unproductive, pointless meetings with two prior real estate agents. From the beginning she listened to what I wanted and was looking for, only showed me listings that actually matched my needed criteria, and helped me to find my "dream" first home that is a perfect match to any "checklist" for a home that I had. She personally walked me through the mortgage process and explained, in detail, each and every step. I literally worried about nothing. Additionally, she has been actively involved in helping me with many needed services post closing. I would recommend Joanna to anyone. Her level of service is A + + and far exceeded any expectations in this process.

Joanna helped us buy a condo and she also rented out our home for us and managed the property while we were away for a year. This is a story of love at first sight. Girl sees house, bats eyelashes and thinks to herself, "I will make you mine." House sees girl and does nothing because it's an inanimate object. Fast forward seven weeks, a stack of paperwork, tons of stress and a pile of cash later and girl gets house! Seriously though, the Austin real estate market is cray cray.
My first house wouldn't have happened without Joanna the badass super realtor. She successfully navigated through my bank screwing up everything they possibly could, difficult sellers, multiple offers, a nervous home buyer and assorted other nonsense. And then she topped the whole thing off with a gift basket so I could drink while I packed. Woot.

Mrs. Rachel Pulliam was outstanding!!! We were so worried in finding the right realtor when moving out of state. She was very patient in helping my husband and I in finding the right home! Nancy was phenomenal!

My wife and I really put her to the test - touring 30+ houses in just two days - and she absolutely delivered. Nancy planned an incredibly efficient route, gave us plenty of time at each property, and created space for us to talk through our impressions without rushing. She’s deeply knowledgeable about Austin’s neighborhoods, punctual, professional, and a joy to spend time with.

It was a pleasure working with Breanna! She made the homebuying process incredibly easy and non-intimidating. She also knows the right people to work with. The lender she recommended was incredibly helpful so we could understand our price point. Once we needed a home inspection we opted for her recommendation and again, we were grateful for their input and the way they made it all make sense. Lisa Sterling was so helpful when it came to purchasing a home and always went the extra mile to provide insights on the market and the areas outside of downtown Austin to help with our final decision.

We purchased our home while living out of state. So although we came to see the home in person over an extended weekend, most of the process happened while we were out of town. We could always count on Lisa to help with everything at the house, from helping cleaners get access to clean before our arrival to checking the house after the big rains to make sure everything was okay. We felt as supported as possible while making such a big transition and purchase while not being present.

During the negotiations and inspections she was also attentive to detail and vouched for our needs.

We really can’t say enough good things about working with her and would highly recommend anyone looking for a reliable Realtor to work with!

It is an understatement to say that Matt did a great job caring for us through the process of selling our home. And how professional and empathetic and understanding towards us he has been through the things we did not understand. To some moving is a routine, but for my wife and I, and our daughters, it is a life -changing experience. Living our whole lives in the same home and city and having to let go of it is one of lives most difficult experiences.
