I first met Karen Willard at an open house in 2017 in Austin. I was first impressed with her style and although I didn't purchase that home, I kept her card and thought about her a long time and then called her for my next move. Since that time, we have been through 7 transaction with Karen representing us on both the buy and sell side. Karen's attention to detail and her abilities in negotiating are, I believe, several steps above most in my opinion. I had my own real estate license in San Francisco and Houston which were held at the top tier real estate companies in both cities. In that time period and since I have yet to work with a stronger professional. Her determination and tenacity are unmatched! I have since gotten to know Ric, Karen's new partner, who is a tremendous addition to her team.

Karen is one of the best realtors I've ever worked with. She worked with us for over a year as we relocated to Austin, TX from Canada. Karen Willard was outstanding. She navigated us through purchasing a home during COVID, a home we bought, sight unseen while still in Illinois. Karen was strategic and insightful, calculated our risks with us, and looked at the house. We eventually bought numerous times, each time Facetiming and showing me as much as possible.
