Ethan was an outstanding real estate agent who made me and my wife’s experience easy and we found the perfect home. My wife and I worked with Ethan Shropshire, to purchase a new home and sell our condo. We could not be happier with the service we received through a process that is a stressful one. Elle is the very best of the best! Her knowledge and commitment to her customer is outstanding. We just sold our Condo in Austin and without her, I am not sure it would have happened. She goes “over and above” on all aspects of the transaction. Her communication in responding to emails/texts is immediate. Breanna was an amazing realtor!!! We started our journey in Nov. 2023, telling her we were planning to buy in the next 6 months. We began our initial meetings and scheduled a few home visits in late November. There, we found the perfect house at the perfect price because of her research and diligence. Renting our first home in Austin was such an easy, fast, and positive process with Ward & Ward Realty! My husband and I just bought our first home about a month ago and I’ve been procrastinating writing this review because I knew it’d be hard to concisely summarize how great and easy it was to work with Robin Deshotels. We couldn’t have had a better, smoother experience, thanks to her. We are super grateful we found her and we will be recommending her to all our friends and family looking to buy in Austin.
Robin is a great communicator and is extremely responsive and professional. We surely weren’t her only client during our home-buying experience, but we’d never know that. She is very quick to respond, and we never had to worry about missing out on any opportunities. We had full confidence in her representing us, and she always kept us updated before we even had to ask. She was great at expectation setting and letting us know everything that would be coming down the line, so we didn’t miss any deadlines or have any surprises along the way. She was also supremely patient with my litany of first time homebuyer questions. I even realized a couple of times that she took the time to answer questions I had forgotten I had already asked. She could have easily copy-pasted her previous responses, but instead she answered them in a different way, to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable along the way. Just a tiny but good example of how thoughtful she is and how much she cares for her clients. She’s been in the industry a long time and is an Austin native, so she's very well connected and has excellent contacts for competitive, easy to work with lenders, and other vendors you might need.
I was legitimately a little sad when the process ended because we enjoyed our time with her so much! It was so nice having a realtor that felt like a trusted friend throughout a daunting and potentially stressful process. You want to jive with your realtor since you’ll be spending a lot of time with them, and Robin is so easy to be around. She’s kind, funny, without pushy sales vibes, and respectful in giving you space to make the best decision for you. She’s warm and personable, and without the "over-the-top" energy that I personally find draining to be around for long periods of time. My dad also got to meet her briefly during our inspection and he was very impressed with her and he’s a hard man to impress.
We can’t recommend Robin enough and we'll be using her again for any future moves!
