My husband and I worked with Rachel Pulliam to buy our first home. She was patient and understanding, efficient, and encouraging. She answered all of our questions, even ones that came up at 9 PM on a weekday. She met with us weekend after weekend to search all kinds of houses from old ones needing a lot of work to new construction as we figured out what we wanted in a home. She changed schedules around last minute, even scheduling to view a home within 3 hours of my text to her so that we could see it before we put in an offer on another house the following day. When we put in offers on houses she walked us through the process step by step and remained encouraging and supportive through our disappointment when we did not get them. Most importantly she helped us to find a perfect home for our family. We strongly recommend working with Rachel.
My wife and I have used Kyle as our agent in two real estate transactions: one involving the sale of our primary residence in the Balcones area and another involving the purchase of a replacement residence in the Brentwood neighborhood. We were very pleased with Kyle’s work for us in each of these transactions. Kyle is very organized, and he helped us meet all of our deadlines under each contract in a timely way. He provided assistance with documents, property valuations, marketing decisions, and the retention of professionals like title companies, photographers and inspectors. He also put us in touch with the company that gave us with bridge financing for our replacement residence. In short, Kyle guided us through every step of these transactions, both of which closed without any major issues. Kyle is also a really nice guy to work with. Although he is easygoing with a good sense of humor, he is responsive and works very hard for his clients. He also provides advice that is both sound and practical. We have always found Kyle to be professional in representing our interests, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a really good broker.
Kyle helped us buy our first home, and he couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process. He seemingly would drop everything to help us look at a property - which is so important in the cutthroat Austin market. When I first moved to Austin, Kyle worked with me to find the perfect duplex to rent. It was close to downtown, Zilker park, and had a side yard for my Australian Shepherd. Three years later my husband and I started talking about buying our first home. I immediately called Kyle because I knew he was the right realtor for us. As first-time home buyers in a very competitive market, Kyle professionally guided us through the process. His knowledge of Austin, investment property, and renovation costs provided us the insight we needed to purchase a home in South Austin. He was able to easily narrow down where we needed to look for our desired price point and square footage. We had a rental house that we decided to sell and we needed help making the smartest updates we could that would get a return. Tara McGuire has great ideas and also closely collaborates with a stager (which she included). Thanks to Tara we made wise choices like updating the light fixtures without wasting money on something like a whole new floor (not needed in our case).
Furthermore, Tara is very transparent. We got an inspection report ourselves first so that we would know the condition of the house, could share it with potential buyers, and take care of what needed to be taken care of. She also asked us to list improvements we had made and the cost. I thought that was very fair and helped people to understand our price point.
She also did a thorough job of researching the comps ahead of time explaining both why our house might be more valuable than the comp (greenbelt) or less valuable (one less bathroom), etc. Our house sold before we even put it on the MLS (people saw the sign), and over asking. It was about as low stress as you can get and again I really appreciated the transparency. Highly recommend.
Tara McGuire is a true Austin real estate expert. She is timely, knowledgable, helpful and friendly. We accepted an offer on my Circle C house in only four days after she listed it. She was organized and kept the process moving at our agreed upon pace. We closed without any issues or hiccups. I attribute all of that success to Tara and her amazing team.

Joel showed us many homes over a very short time. We were looking for a one level condo in south Austin but found there were not many available in our price range. So, we started looking at homes. The ones that were available were not all on one floor. The day we were flying back to our Chicago area condo, a one floor home came on the market. Joel got us photos and showed us the house on facetime. He let our daughter see the house and after her comments we put in a bid at the asking price, with the right to back out if the inspection showed problems. After the inspection was scheduled, we flew back to Austin to see the results of the inspection and discuss our options. Joel suggested lowering our bid to pay for the problems that the inspection revealed. Our bid was accepted and we bought the home soon after obtaining a mortgage. A very smooth closing and we are pleased with all the work Joel provided. I would recommend Joel Levin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Joel is a local guy that is very knowledgeable about the local Austin area and the real estate market. Joel is very professional with excellent interpersonal skills that you look for in a realtor. He supported me through the whole process of selling my home. He walked me through everything from start to finish. He was even able to get me an advancement to help pay for the various costs associated with selling a home upfront, including $18,000 for new flooring and other home repairs. Being able to make the necessary renovations helped my maximus my return.
