Joel Levin did an excellent job helping us purchase our first home. Joel had priceless knowledge and expertise in the local market, geographic area, neighborhoods, and the styles and features of homes. He made the effort to get to know us and understand exactly what we were looking for and what would work best for us. We most appreciated his optimism, patience and honesty – we never felt rushed or pressured. He was involved in all aspects of the process and was incredibly helpful and supportive when we were confused and had questions. Joel showed us many homes over a very short time. We were looking for a one level condo in south Austin but found there were not many available in our price range. So, we started looking at homes. The ones that were available were not all on one floor. The day we were flying back to our Chicago area condo, a one floor home came on the market. Joel got us photos and showed us the house on facetime. He let our daughter see the house and after her comments we put in a bid at the asking price, with the right to back out if the inspection showed problems. After the inspection was scheduled, we flew back to Austin to see the results of the inspection and discuss our options. Joel suggested lowering our bid to pay for the problems that the inspection revealed. Our bid was accepted and we bought the home soon after obtaining a mortgage. A very smooth closing and we are pleased with all the work Joel provided. I would recommend Joel Levin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Joel is a local guy that is very knowledgeable about the local Austin area and the real estate market. Joel is very professional with excellent interpersonal skills that you look for in a realtor. He supported me through the whole process of selling my home. He walked me through everything from start to finish. He was even able to get me an advancement to help pay for the various costs associated with selling a home upfront, including $18,000 for new flooring and other home repairs. Being able to make the necessary renovations helped my maximus my return.

Elle is the very best of the best! Her knowledge and commitment to her customer is outstanding. We just sold our Condo in Austin and without her, I am not sure it would have happened.
