It was a pleasure working with Tim to purchase our first home! I still can't believe how smooth and easy the entire process went from start to finish. Our transaction went very well and quick. We do not know what could have been done better, we are very please with the entire process- every step was only to move forward until closing.

Our Realtor Nancy made the process of searching for and purchasing a home very enjoyable. She has a wide knowledge base and helped us to understand the in‘s and out’s of the process. We can be a little high maintenance at times and she was always very patient with us. We never felt rushed at any time during the process and she consistently went above and beyond to meet our needs. She is very warm and kind and instantly felt like an old friend. Additionally she was a great advocate for us, pushing back with the builder or lender when necessary and asking hard questions that we wouldn‘t have even known to ask. Best real estate experience ever! As an out of state buyer, I was nervous about the process after finding a home to purchase. Vikki was there from start to finish. The entire time Vikki was there to guide us. This included the whole closing, inspection and closing. This smooth process each step of the way built trust and confidence that we had the best realtor for our new home purchase. There was amazing communication each step of the way. This included letting us know what was going to be happening prior to not afterwards.

Teri Schock was our buyers' agent for our recent lot purchase. We had been looking for empty lots or unique homes on and off for 5 years and Teri never made us feel pressured and was always available when we found a new property to tour. After visiting the Bramlette Partner’s website in early December, I was soon contacted by the friendly and well informed Steffan. His combination of West Austin area knowledge (Lakeway / Bee Cave / Steiner / Barton addtl.) as well as a great network returned value to us throughout the nearly three-months before finally finding our dream home. During our process, we wrote offers on three homes and completed several inspections. Steffan’s professional service connections were very helpful, both saving us money as well as providing other valuable information that helped us along our way.
